In einer neu bezogenen Wohnung (Bezug Juni 2018) ist ein Zimmer frei, das ich in Form einer Kurzzeitmiete an StudentInnen vergebe. Mietdauer maximal 6 Monate. Gemeinsame Benutzung von Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und WC. Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil, das benutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer (dein Zimmer, das Wohnzimmer und mein eigenes Schlafzimmer), die Küche, Bad und WC. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß.

I've got a free room in a new appartment which I offer to students as a short time rental. Maximum 6 months. Common use of living room, kitchen, bath and toilet. I've also got a cellar compartment.
The appartment consists of three rooms (your room, the living room and my own private room), the kitchen, bath and toilet. The appartment is in the ground floor.
In der Nähe gibt es zwei öffentliche Haltestellen:
Straßenbahnlinie 9: 2-3 Gehminuten
Straßenbahnlinie 42: 5 Gehminuten
U6 Alser Straße oder Michelbeuern etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt.
Elterleinplatz etwa 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten variieren. Am Wochenende ist alles sehr gut, wochentags eher nicht so. Es gibt einen kleinen Park und einen größeren Park in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The appartment is in a quiet location. Possibilites for parking vary. In the weekend it is quite ok, during the week it is more difficult. I've got a small park and a bigger park quite close.
Zu mir selbst: Ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer und lebe seit Juni 2018 alleine in dieser Wohnung. Ich möchte StudentInnen die Möglichkeit geben, günstig und unkompliziert in Wien zu leben, wenn sie z.B. ein Auslandssemester absolvieren möchten.
Jeder, der bei mir wohnt, hat genügend Möglichkeiten, sich zurückzuziehen. Doch wenn du Lust hast auf Gemeinsames, dann bin ich voll dabei, z.B. Kino, gemeinsamer Sport, Ausflüge, Nachtleben, Sightseeing in Wien, ...
Ich bin ein sehr rücksichtsvoller Mensch, der einfach ist. Ich lege großen Wert auf Mobilität. Ich mache gerne spontanes, bin aber auch gerne zuhause, bei einem Gläschen Wein oder einem guten Stamperl mit Schnaps aus der Region.

About me: I have a handicap and living with my wheelchair. I moved into my appartment in June 2018. I want to give students the possibility to live cheap and uncomplicated in Vienna who are coming from abroad.
I guarantee anybody enough privacy and room alone. But in case that you would like to do something together like going to the cinema, sports, trips, night life, sightseeing, you can count me in!
I am a very considerate person and easy-going. Mobility is very important for me, that's why I am very spontaneous concerning going out or making a trip, but I also love my home. It is also nice to talk while drinking a glass of wine or liquor.
Solltest du Fragen haben: Zögere nicht, zu fragen! Gerne können wir uns auch vorher treffen, telefonieren, einen Skype-Rundgang durch die Wohnung machen, ...
Ich spreche fließend Deutsch und auch Englisch. Solltest du nur Englisch sprechen, überhaupt kein Problem.
