Hey!
We are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat (3 separate rooms). The room will be available starting from 01.04.2019. Thus we, Elena and Anna, are looking for somebody who wants to stay with us for more than just a couple of months.
About the room:
- 400 € all inclusive (rent, operating costs, electricity/gas, internet)
- 12 m² (looks much bigger than this), window in southern direction, calm (courtside)
- The room is provided with the complete double bed, pillow, a desk, the chair and a wardrobe. It is negotiable which furniture will stay in the room.
About the flat:
- In total 103m², very big shared places
- Balcony, perfect for the summer months
- Big living and dining room, separate kitchen, separate entrance hall
- Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet; separate second toilet
- Storage room on the hallway

Hallo!
In unserer 3er WG wird ab 01.04.2019 ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen dementsprechend jemanden, der längerfristig mit uns (Elena und Anna) wohnen möchte und nicht sofort nach ein paar Monaten wieder auszieht.
Zum Zimmer:
- 400 € alles inklusive (Miete, BK, Strom/Gas, Internet)
- 12m² (schaut viel größer aus), Fenster südseitig, ruhige Lange (Innenhof)
- Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert - Bürotisch, Sessel, Bett, Kleiderschrank. Es ist verhandelbar ob und welche Möbel im Zimmer bleiben.
Info zur Wohnung:
- Insgesamt 103 m², ziemlich große gemeinsame Flächen
- Balkon wurde im Herbst neu errichtet, in den Sommermonaten ist es perfekt zum Abendessen und was trinken
- großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, Küche, Vorzimmer
- Im Bad sind sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne und eine Toilette. Es gibt eine zweite Toilette, die getrennt begehbar ist.
- Abstellkammer am Gang im Stiegenhaus

- Supermärkte, Drogerien, Apotheken, ÄrztInnen, Post, diverse Geschäfte etc. alles im Umkreis sofort verfügbar
You future roommates:
- Anna, 31, from Germany, works and studies (Biology)
- Elena, 30, from Bulgaria, works and studies (urban studies and development studies)
What´s important to us?
- A respectful, honest and open-minded relationship to each other
- Although our cleaning plan is not executed strictly all the time we want somebody to regularly take care of these matters, as we all do.
- We both are working (and studying) so we are searching for somebody with a similar living rhythm. Thus: no full-time partying shared flat! Though we do parties sometimes in the weekend and also with the neighbors. (All three flats in the building are shared flats).
- We do not see our shared flat as a kind of second family but we do not want somebody either that just says “hello” to us 3 times per week. It´s all about the golden middle!
We don't have any expectations for the gender or the origin of the new flatmate - everyone is welcome to write us with short info about herself/himself.

WG-Leben
- Anna, 31, ursprünglich aus Deutschland, arbeitet und studiert (Biologie).
- Elena, 29, ursprünglich aus Bulgarien, arbeitet und studiert (Stadtentwicklung, Internationale Entwicklung).
Was ist uns wichtig?
- Respektvoller, ehrlicher und offener Umgang miteinander
- Putzplan gibt es, wird nicht auf Punkt und Beistrich befolgt, sollte aber im Großen und Ganzen auch eingehalten werden.
- Wir sind beide u.a. berufstätig und suchen demnach niemanden, für eine Party-WG, sondern jemanden, mit einem ähnlichen Lebensrhythmus wie wir beide. Aber Parties machen wir auch ab und zu, auch mit unseren Nachbarn (alle drei Wohnungen im Stiegenhaus sind WGs)
- Niemand muss die WG als "zweite Familie" betrachten, aber wir suchen schon jemanden, der mehr als nur 3 Wörter pro Woche mit uns austauscht. Die goldene Mitte macht´s wohl aus!
- Wir haben keine Erwartungen bezüglich der Gender und der Herkunft der/des neuen MietbewohnerIn. Wir freuen uns auf Anschreiben von allen!
