Nice and well-located room for rent for a short period (July)- Kuzfristig gemütliches Zimmer in guter Lage Juli

Die WG liegt gleich neben dem Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt, was sehr angenehm ist, da Markt und diverse Café zum flanieren und verweilen einladen.
Universitäten und Zentrum und sontige Orte sind schnell mit Straßenbahn (44er hält gleich um die Ecke und 43er ist auch nicht weit) oder der U6 (ca. 8m Gehzeit) zu erreichen. Oder mit den Rad kommt man/ frau auch schnell an Ziel.

The flat is located close to the Yppenplatz and the adjacent Brunnenmarkt, with its nice cafés and market stalls and vibrant atmosphere its is always a pleasure to spend some time there.
The city centre, university or other locations can be reached quickly by tram (the line 44 stops just around the corner and line 43 can be reached in 5min walk) or by U6 (about 8min walk) or by bicycle.

Wir sind ein bunter Haufen, die einerseits viele verschiedene Interessen haben und andererseits viel gemeinsam haben: Essen, trinken, gemütlich in der Küche sitzen und plaudern, dabei Musik hören, vielleicht nebenbei was kochen und noch einiges mehr machen wir alle gern. :)
Fabi studiert Musik und geht gern auf Konzerte oder auch gemütlich was trinken. Carina ist Frühpädagogin und Doula, macht Workshops rund um Weiblichkeit, arbeitet nebenbei bei einem Room Escape und engagiert sich ehrenamtlich in Projekten für eine lebenswerte Zukunft. Laszlo studiert Internationale Entwicklung, zeichnet und genießt das Leben. Corina ist Ernährungswissenschaftlerin, tanzt gerne und streunt in Cafés herum.

Highlights unserer Wohnung sind die große, offen Küche mit dem Geschirrspüler, die Badewanne und die Sonne, die am Nachmittag reinscheint

We have many interests in common, like hanging in the kitchen, eating, drinking, chatting, listening to music and cook something :)
Fabi studies music and likes to go to concerts or have a beer with friends. Laszlo studies International Development, likes to draw and enjoys his life. Carina is pedagogue and doula, does workshop about womanhood, works at a room escape and contributes to projects for a future worth living in. Corina is a nutritionist, dances and loves coffeehouses.

The highlights of our flat are the dishwasher, the bath tub and the sun that comes in during the afternoon
