Da meine Frau für ihre Ausbildung zurück nach Nordamerika zieht, vermiete ich unsere wirklich sehr schönes und großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer (ca. 40 m²) an ein Pärchen, das auf der Suche nach einer großen, hellen Altbauwohnung ist. Ich würde es bevorzugen die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer möbliert zu vermieten/da gibt es aber natürlich Verhandlungsspielraum (auch unmöbliert ist denkbar :).
Ich werde in das Zimmer unserer bisherigen Mitbewohnerin ziehen am gegenüberliegenden Ende des gemeinsamen Wohnzimmers. Die Altbauwohnung ist räumlich sehr großzügig gestaltet. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit ca. 25 m², einen großen Vorraum, eine Küche und ein Bad in einer angenehmen Größe und zusätzlich einen kleinen Abstellraum und eine Toilette.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 100 m². Gemeinsame Wohnfläche ca. 45 m² - eure gesamte Wohnfläche wäre wohl ca. 85 m² groß.
My wife is moving back to north-america for her studies and therefore I am renting out our very nice and spacious Living/Bedroom (40 m²). Preferably we are looking couple that can imagine sharing common spaces. I will move into the room of our former flatmate on the opposite site of the shared living room. The beautiful old high ceilinged apartment has a 25 m² living room, a big entrance area a nicely spaced kitchen and bathroom and also a storage room and a toilet.
Altogether the apartment is around 100 m² big and the shared living space would around 45 m² additional to the 40 m² room. So your living space would be around 85 m².
Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral - direkt an den Strassenbahnlinien 43 (auch Nightline) und 9. Die U-Bahnstation Alser Straße (U6) ist ca. 7 Gehminuten oder 2 Strassenbahnstationen entfernt. Diverse Lebensmittelgeschäften liegen mehr oder weniger um die Ecke. Ebenso befindet sich die Wohnung gleich neben einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum mit Postfiliale usw.
Außerdem ist auch der Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz schnell in ca. 7-8 Gehminuten erreichbar.
The apartment is located fairly central in the city, right on the street car lines 43 (night line) and 9. The subway station Alser Strasse is about 7 walking minutes or 2 stops away. (U6) There are various grocery stores in the vicinity no more than a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is also located beside a shopping mall with a post office, bakery, and restaurants etc. The Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz is also quite close by, a short 7-8 min walk.
ich arbeite selbstständig im Film- und Kunstbereich und suche nach offenen, respektvollen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohnern. Ich würde mich auch freuen, wenn man hin und wieder gemeinsam kocht oder einen Film (es gibt einen Projektor hier :) ansieht. Abhängig vom Einzugsdatum wäre meine Frau und unser Hund (Border Collie) vielleicht noch 1-2 Wochen in der Wohnung bevor sie beide nach Kanada fliegen. Bei Interesse schreibt bitte und hinterlässt mir ein paar Infos über euch.

I am working as a freelance filmmaker and media artist and am looking for open minded, respectful and uncomplicated flatmates.
