I offer a private bedroom in my flat (490€ / Month). The room is fully furnished and has private entrance. To share: kitchen and bathroom. The flat is located in Vienna´s Old Town / 5 min by foot from Stephansplatz. Tube: U1/U3/U4
It is possible to have a guest (25€/night & person). The bed is for two persons.
After leaving it is possible to clean the room and the common areas by yourself - otherwise we charge 50€.

You will get a private room with a private entrance and an extra key for it.
The room is fully furnished: bed, big wardrobe, carpet, a working table and a chair / you will get beddings and towels / the appartment has a washing mashine and wireless internet.
The flat is very central with very good public Transport around - and the area is very safe - also at nights.
