- Weil ich im Juli und August Urlaub machen werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer im 1.Bezirk.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20m^2, ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Es ist perfekt für die Sommermonate, weil es sich im 1. Stock befindet und es wirkt deswegen sehr angenehm kühl. Εs ist voll möbliert, mit einem Schreibtisch, Stühl, Kommode, Bett, Nachttisch, Sessel und noch einem kleinen Kaffee-Tisch.
Im Zimmer gibt es auch einen kleinen Abstellraum (Platz für Koffer usw.).
Ein paar Sachen über die gemeinsame Räume:
Wir haben eine Küche, Vorzimmer - Gang, Bad und Klo. Es gibt noch ein kleiner Balkon mit einem Tisch und Stühle, für wenn man ein bisschen frische Luft braucht. :)
Die elektronische Geräte stehen dir zur Verfügung (Waschmaschine, Spüllmaschine, Backrohr, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger).
- Because i will be on vocation during the month of July, i'm subletting my room in the 1. district.
My room ist ca. 20m^2, quiet and really cosy. It is on the 1.floor, so it's quite cool and perfect for the summer months and the hot days. It's fully furnished with a desk, chair, chest of drawers, bed, nightstand, armchair and lastly, a small coffee-table.
There's also a small storeroom ( room for suitcase etc.)
A few things about the communal spaces:
We have a kitchen, a hall, a bathroom and a seperate WC. There's also a small balcony with a table and chairs, for the times you need some fresh air. :)
All electronic equipment are at your disposal (Washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner).
- Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft!
Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Wien, ganz in der Nähe vom Donaukanal (perfekt für einen Spaziergang, Fahrradfahren, ein Getränk..) und vom Schwedenplatz (Cafes, Bars, Geschäfte).
Außerdem kann man in 10 Minuten den Stephansplatz und in 20 Minuten den Karlsplatz zu Fuß erreichen.
Falls man aber mit den Öffis fahren will, gibt es direkt vor unserem Haus ziemlich viele Möglichkeiten.
U-Bahn: U4, U1 Schwedenplatz Station sind nur 2 min. und U3 Stubentor Station ist 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn 2 ist auch am Schwedenplatz - die Tram fährt den Ring entlang in die Innenstadt.
Busse in Richttung Flughafen Wien fahren auch vom Schwedenplatz los.
- The location is fantastic!
The apartment is in the centre of Vienna, really close to the Danube canal (Perfect for a walk, riding a bike, having a drink..) and to Schwedenplatz (Cafeterias, Bars, Restaurants, Shops).
You can also reach Stephansplatz by foot in 10 minutes and Karlsplatz in 20.
If you prefer using public transportation, there's a lot of possibilities right in front of our door.
Subway: U4, U1 Schwedenplatz Stations are only 2 mins away by foot, U3 Stubentor Station is 5 mins away.
Tram 2 is also nearby and goes along the Ring to the city centre.
Furthermore, we have to or from Vienna Airport.
- In der WG sind wir zu dritt. Ich (Danae), Chrissi und Johanna. Du wirst also mit meinen zwei sehr netten Mitbewohnerinnen zusammenwohnen. Die beiden werden auch während des Sommers Urlaub machen aber du wirst sie wahrscheinlich treffen und kennenlernen.
Es kommt auf dich an was du machen willst, ob du nur ein Zimmer zum schlafen brauchst oder ob du mit ihnen etwas unternehmen möchtest. Jede Person hat ihren eigenen privaten Platz und Alltag aber wir kommen alle gut miteinander aus und verbringen gerne ein bisschen Zeit zusammen.
- There are three people in the flat. Me (Danae), Chrissie and Johanna. So, you'll be living with my two really nice roomates. They will also go on vocation at some point, but you will probably get the chance to meet them and get to know them.
It's up to you what you want to do, if you just need a room to sleep at night, or if you want to spend some time with my flatmates. Every one of us has each own private space and life, but we all get along with each other and we like spending a little bit of time together.
