We are looking for a nice flatmate in 4 people flat-share in 1st district Hoher Markt
About the Room:
16 sq very bright, face to Hoher Markt with a view of Stephansdoom.
When: Now on April 2019 available
Room Size: 16sq
Rent: 490 € (including electricity,wi-fi,warm water)
Deposit: 1470 € (3x of the monthly rent)
Commission/one-off payment: 490 €
Location: 1st district!!
Flat is located in the heart of the 1st district. Options for transportation would be U1-U4 subway lines are reachable from Schwedenplatz and U3-U1 subway lines are reachable from Stephaplatz. Also, we have a FREE parking spot in the back yard. But it first comes, first serves, unfortunately.
There are supermarkets Billa, Spar, Merkur, Bipa and all the other shopping possibilities like Channel, Miumiu, H&M, Humanic, Salamander... very close by :)
Who we are:
We all have just moved to Vienna, very fresh on our second week :)
Roberto is from Brazil, 26 years young doing his Ph.D. study.
Luisa is from Brazil,24 years Young doing her German courses.
Amit 25 years young from Australia, doing his internship at the Australian Embassy.
Our communication Language is in English.
Who we are searching for:
First of all, We recently moved into our flat, that means we are looking for a person who would like to take care of our flat like it's his/her home. We have almost everything what you would need in a home for common use. Like a washing machine, dishwasher, Vacuum cleaner, Microwave, Iron, Ironing board, plates, glasses, Mixer and so on...It is important that you contribute to the household work and are a social person but respects others privacy. We would be positive to sometimes do social things together, so we keep a good communication in the flat.
Apart from all,
it's a NON-SMOKER flatshare!
PETS are not allowed!
NO request will be taken from couples/friends who want to share the one room.
