The apartment is very centrally located in the 8th. District of Josefstadt. In the apartment building, the apartment is located in the attic. The apartment has a total of 18 large beautiful new roof windows, which ensure that it gets enough sunlight. Since the apartment is in a quiet side street in the 3rd Floor, it is very quiet in the apartment.
When you come into the apartment you are directly in the large bright living and dining room. From there you come to the bathroom, the kitchen, to Kyle, mauricio and sharleyn’s room. On the floor above you come to your room and right next to it is the open work and study room in which I currently always work in the home office.
A few minutes walk from the apartment is the tram line 2 and several other lines that take you to different corners of Vienna. If you should go further, you will get to the subway at the Volkstheater in 10 minutes. In 5 minutes you will get to the next Hofer and in 2 minutes to Billa. The theater in the Josefstadt, which has new screenings every day and where you can get a ticket from 7€, is also only 5 minutes away.
You will be living in the apartment with
- Kyle (USA, Teacher)
- Mauricio (Peru, software engineer)
- Sharleyne (France, HR organisation)
Together we like to play billiards, watch movies in the evening or make Vienna unsafe together. We also like to cook together or play games in the living room. If someone wants to be alone and takenit easy it will be also accepted. There is a cleaning plan in the apartment where everyone cleans a different part of the apartment every week, so far it works quite well ;)
