Es ist wunderbare ruhig, hell und super gemütlich im Zimmer. Es sind alle Sachen da die du braucht (Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.).
Die Wohnung hat eine große (im Sommer angenehm kühle) Küche und ein gemütliches Sofa zum versinken.
Mit dir wohnen Igor, Conny, Iris und Ozan, die ganz wunderbare herzliche Menschen sind und dich gerne willkommen heißen.

The room is quiet and sunny with all the furniture and things you need (bed sheets, bath towel, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc.).
The apartment has a large kitchen especially cool in the summer time with a comfortable sofa to sink into.
You will live with Igor, Conny, Iris and Ozan, who are wonderful open-hearted people who are happy to welcome you.

Perfekte Lage.
Alles ist nah! Hofer, Bipa, Spar, Billa, Post, erste Bank und drei Bäcker.
Es gibt super gute und vor allem günstige Lokale in der Nähe. Der Brunnenmarkt ist ein kleines Stück zu Fuß, aber mit dem Rad auch nur ein Katzensprung. Samstags ist dort immer Bauernmarkt mit den besten Marillen- oder Powidlbuchtel der Stadt!
Die 2er und 46er Bimm sind nur 3 Minuten weg.
Die U-6 ist in 7 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Pfeilgasse ist eine ausgemachte Fahrradstraße. Perfekt zum losdüsen.
Das WG-Leben ist gemütlich, lustig und zum Wohlfühlen!
Wir kochen oft zusammen oder essen Eis (da Iris im Eissalon arbeitet).
Alle sind sehr herzige und spannende Menschen, die viel zu erzählen haben.
