Da ich für 3 Monate nicht in Wien bin suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein 16m2 großes WG-Zimmer im 8. Bezirk.
Du wohnst für diese Zeit mit 2 Mädels (Ines, Pharmaziestudentin und Valentina, Selbständig), die gerne auch mal was mit dir trinken gehen oder dir die Stadt zeigen. :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen wenn man am Abend gerne unterwegs ist oder in ausgefallenen Geschäften einkaufen möchte. Auch die Mariahilferstraße ist in Gehweite oder in ein paar Stationen mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden: U6 Thaliastraße, Bim 46 und Bus 13a sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Küche, Bad, Internet und Lagermöglichkeiten wären natürlich für dich mit benutzbar.

I am going to let my 16m2-shared-flat room in the 8th district for 3 months because I am travelling.
You are going to live with two girls (Ines, pharmacy-student and Valentina, self-employed) who will love to go for a drink with you or show you around Vienna. :)
Our flat is well located if you like to go to pubs in the evening or shopping in cool shops. The Mariahilferstraße is easily reachable by feet or within a few busstations.
You can go everywhere quite fast by public Transport. U6 Thaliastraße, Tram 46 ans Bus 13a are just a few Minutes to walk.
Of course you can use Kitchen, Bathroom, Internet and storages wich are shared.
