Da ich den Sommer leider nicht in Wien verbringen werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer vom 1.Juli bis 1. Oktober unter (Daten sind ein wenig flexibel). Es ist möbliert, hell und sehr schön :) (siehe Fotos)
Die Wg besteht derzeit aus vier sehr lieben Mädels und ein Kerl, die arbeiten/studieren und abends aber auch sehr gerne in unsere geräumige Küche (und Wohnzimmer) versacken zum Kochen und Wein trinken.
Zur Mitbenutzung stehen natürlich auch WC, Bad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine), sowie die Küche mit allen Utensilien zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist in eine super Lager; gegenuber das Bezirksambt mitten im wunderschönen achten Bezirk mit seinen vielen kleinen Geschäften und Cafès. 1min von der Tram 2 entfernt und 5min von der U-Bahnstation Josefstadter. Supermärkte, wie Spar, Hofer oder Billa sind sehr nahe.
Die Miete beträgt 350€ (alles inklusive- Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet).

Since I unfortunately will not be in Vienna over summer I am sub-renting my lovely room from 1st of July until 1st of October (dates flexible).
The WG consists of 5 super nice and interesting girls and guy who work and study, but like to enjoy brunch or dinner and wine in the spacious kitchen. It is not a party-flat (except from some weekends).
It is a well-maintained altbau appartment on the 4th floor so it is very light. The house is situated in the 8th district, close to many nice bars and very well-connected: 2 minutes walking from Josefstädter metro and tram.
The room itself is around 12m2, with a beautiful built in bed. There is a window to an inner court-yard which means you can sleep with the window open.
The rent is 350, including everything.
