Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, in 10min zu Fuß erreicht man das Rathaus, ebenso 13-15min zu Fuß zu MQ/Volkstheater. Eine Billa-Filiale ist um die Ecke, zahlreiche Parks/Restaurants/Geschäfte/Bars in der Gegend.
Die Wohnung hat 55m2 und für eine WG wirklich perfekt geschnitten (siehe Skizze).
