Wunderschönes WG Zimmer im 8. Bezirk zur Untermiete

Die Wohnung liegt in der Skodagasse im 8. Bezirk, direkt gegenüber vom Hamerlingpark.
Im 8. Bezirk gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt, Supermärkte sind alle gleich um die Ecke, genauso wie tolle Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen usw. Und wenn es einen doch mal woanders hinzieht, ist die Straßenbahn Haltestelle Albertgasse (2,5,33) 1 Minute weg und die Ubahnen 6 bzw 8 Minuten (U6 Josefsstädterstr /U2 Rathaus). Zur Hauptuni sind es super schnelle 10 Minuten und auch zur TU ist es mit der U2 ein Katzensprung.

Our flat is located at Skodagasse in the 8th District, right next to the Hamerlingpark.
In the 8th District you can find everything you wish for. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars are all just right around the corner and if you ever need to leave the area, the Tram Station (2,5,33) ist just one minute away and the underground stations (U2 Rathaus/ U6 Josefsstädterstr) are only 6/8 Minutes.
To Hauptuni it will only take you around 10 minutes and you can reach TU also very easy and fast.

Jetzt gerade leben wir zu 5. in unserer schönen, großen Wohnung.
Aljona und Miriam studieren beide Medizin, Debbie ist grad auf Erasmus bei uns und studiert hier Psychologie, während Jakob an der Kunstuni ist und Musik macht. Wir sind alle ca Mitte 20 und tagsüber viel unterwegs, aber abends trifft man sich dann doch mal aufn Bierchen (oder einen Tee).
An sich gehen wir gern zusammen in Ausstellungen oder ins Theater oder klettern oderoderoder, aber das ergibt sich alles immer eher spontan.
Auf jeden Fall sind die 4 super MitbewohnerInnen, mit denen man ne super Zeit in Wien haben kann und die immer wissen, wo grad was interessantes los ist.

Right now we're 5 people in the flat.
Aljona and Miriam are studying medicine, Debbie is in Vienna for Erasmus and studies Psychology, while Jakob is at the Kunstuni and is making his music at the same time.
We are all around 25 (+/-) and away a lot during the day, but you'll always have someone at home in the evening who's open to hang, chat and maybe have a beer (or a tea. Or wine).
We try to do stuff together, we really like to go to exhibitions or the theater or climbing or whatever together, but it mostly only works out spontaniously, as we are all pretty busy.
Anyways, the 4 are awesome roommates, who will always know where there is something cool happening that day.

Das Zimmer wird jetzt sehr kurzfristig erst frei und es wäre daher am Besten, wenn du zwischen dem 27-30.10 Zeit hättest für eine Besichtigung, da ich ja dann weg bin. Wenn du gerade nicht in Wien bist, können wir auch gern einfach über Skype sprechen.
Wenn dir der 1.11 zu knapp ist, könntest du von mir aus auch zum 15.11 einziehen, aber es wäre mir wichtig, dass du auf jeden Fall das Zimmer bis 1.3. mietest.
Also wenn du magst, melde dich gern und wir schauen, wann du vorbeikommen kannst!

As the 1.11. is just a week from today, and I have to move to Hamburg then, it would be great if you could come and visit the flat between the 27th and the 30th of October. If you're not in Vienna then, we could skype too.
If you can't move to the 1.11., we can talk about the 15th of November as moving in date, but I really need someone who stays the whole period (so until the first of March).
