Vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 3er Wg von 1. Februar (Einzug ab 26. 1. möglich) bis 1. März. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar an der Lerchenfelderstraße und der Gürtel ist mit der U6 Thaliastraße sehr nahe. Zu Fuß ist einiges sehr zentral. (Rathaus, Neubau, Yppenplatz, Café_Bars, Supermarkets)
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine/Waschmaschine) und komplett möbliert. Du kannst alles aus der Küche mitbenutzen. Das Badezimmer und Klo sind getrennt.
Mit dir zusammen wohnen Gerald und Nicolas. :)
I’m renting out my room in a shared flat from 1.2.2019 - 1.3.2019. (You can move in from 26.1. on) The Flat is very well located next to Lerchenfelderstraße and the Subway Station Thaliastraße (Gürtel) is nearby. You can reach many locations by foot. (Rathaus, Neubau, Yppenplatz, Café_Bars, Supermarkets)
Everything is beautifully furnished and the flat is fully equiped. (Dishwasher/Washingmachine) You can feel to use anything from the kitchen. Bathroom and Toilet are separate.
You will share the flat with Gerald and Nicolas. :)
Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer in einer 3er Wg hast und gerne für einem Monat (Februar) darin wohnen willst, ruf mich an oder schreibe mir eine Nachricht. Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich.
