Ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin für mein sehr zentral gelegenes Zimmer im 8. Bezirk (Skodagasse, 2 min Gehweg zum alten AKH). Das Zimmer ist bis Ende Juni bewohnbar, dann wird die Hauptmiete gekündigt und man kann eventuell, bei Kontaktaufnahme mit den Eigentümern, die Wohnung übernehmen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und hofseitig. Es ist möbliert aber der Großteil meiner persönlichen Sachen wird noch herausgeräumt! Das Bad ist sehr groß mit riesiger Badewanne (!) und die Küche ist voll funktional und hat alles was man braucht. Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr sympathisch, er arbeitet jedoch ganztags und studiert nebenbei im MA Soziologie, deshalb ist die Wohnung tagsüber leer und auch Abends sehr ruhig. Ich würde dieses Zimmer sehr gerne weiterhin bewohnen aber muss es leider schweren Herzens abgeben und hoffe dass es eine/n behutsamen Zwischen/Nachmieter finden kann!
I am subletting my room from April to June, 30. The main tenant will move out at the end of June, so it could be possible (that must be discussed with the owner) to take over the whole apartment.
The room is fully furnished and most of my personal things will be taken out. It is very central (it is located in Skodagasse, two minutes away from the old AKH) and very calm (facing the courtyard). The apartment has a nice kitchen with everything needed and a large bathroom with a huge bath (!). My flatmate is a student, but working full-time, so the apartment is empty nearly all day long.
I would love to stay in this beautiful apartment but unfortunately I need to move back to my hometown for my studies. I am therefore search a nice and careful subtenant to take it over!
