Ab 01. Mai wird ein Zimmer frei! Zumindest für 2 Monate. Das Zimmer ist bequeme 16m2 groß und wird vollmöbliert vermietet. Bedeuted: Bett (140x200), 2 Schränke, Fenster und ein riesiger Schreibtisch - auf den wir alle neidisch sind. Das Zimmer ist recht hell und ruhig, da das Fenster zu unserem schön grünen Innenhof geht. Unser Vermieter ist pensionierter Architekt, weswegen das ganze Haus, wie auch die Wohnung ein ziemlich eigenes Interieur aufweist. In den Zimmern hängen goldene Röhrenleuchten von der Decke und dein riesiger Schreibtisch, wie auch der Großteil der Wohnung, ist durch und durch mit Mahagoni-Holz möbliert. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines schick renovierten Altbaus und wir haben einen kleinen Garten zur Mitbenutzung (zu dem du runterguckst), der liebevoll mit Fischteich, Tisch und Sesseln bestückt ist. Heißt vor allem jetzt im Frühsommer entspanntes chillen bei Cafe und Tschick.

Hi everybody!
There will be a room available in our shared flat. The room is about 16m2 and very quite with a window towards our nice courtyard. It will be available for 2 month starting on May 1st to June 30th. Your new room is fully furnished with a large bed (140x200cm), a huges desk perfect for studying and 2 bulit-in warderobe/closet. The flat was one an architect's office therefore the layout of the flat as well as the lights are quite extraordinary and with a lot of charme. Throughout the flat are freaky golden lights and mahagony wood paneling. From the window in your room you'll see the courtyard with large benach and table, a koi pond and greenery and a swing the landlord built for his grandchildren.
Unfortunately the room is only available for 2 months though, due to circumstances we are all moving out, sadly. One of us is leaving Austria, back to Switzerland, some moving back to the parents, together with old friends and or changing it up alltogether :).
Write us and lets share 2 last joyful, sunny, summer months together!
Die Lage ist einfach bombastisch! Die Josefstadt mag ja einer der kleineren Bezirke Wiens sein, aber überzeugt mit zahlreichen hippen Bars & Restaurants und ganz viel Charme.
Die 5er und 33er Bim fährt direkt vor der Haustür, Bus 13A ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar, U6 Josefstäderstrasse in 8 Minuten. Zu Fuss ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten beim Rathaus und in ca. 17 Minuten bei der Hauptuni, oder man nimmt die 43er oder 44er Bim ab Skodagasse und fährt chillig mit den Öffis in 10 Minuten in die Uni. Einen kleinen Billa gibts gleich um die Ecke (2 Minuten) und einen grösseren Billa, Spar, DM und Bipa gibts auf der Alser Strasse oder Josefstäderstrasse ebenfalls in Fussdistanz.

The location of the flat is just amazing! The 8th district is the smallest, one of the safest and you may say one of the a bit posh, hip student, younger generation districts of Vienna.
The 5 & 33 tram leave just around the corner, you reach bus 13A in 3 min, U6 Josefstäderstrasse in about 8 mins. The city hall is in walking distance, about 15 min and the University about 17 min. The trams 43, 44 and 2 are about 5 min away.
There is a small Billa supermarket around the corner and a bigger Billa, Spar (supermarkets) and DM and Bipa are located on Alser Strasse or Josefstäderstrasse all in walking distance.
In unserer 5er WG, die wir passend Mahagoni getauft haben, wohnen:
Ming, 32 arbeitet in einer Volksschule, wo er eine Inklusionsgruppe betreut. Er ist einer der sozialsten Menschen die dir begegnen werden. Freizeittechnisch klappert er gerne mit Freunden diverse Bars und Restaurants ab, kocht aber auch ab und zu, reist gerne (als nächstes steht Zürich an). Genau wie jeder Normalsterbliche verbringt er aber auch gerne einen gemütlichen Abend zu Hause mit Division 2, Netflix und entspannter Musik.
Patrick, 28 studiert Politikwissenschaften im Master und kommt frisch aus Passau. Er ist leidenschaftlicher Skater und sonst interessiert er sich noch für elektronische Musik, hat früher auch des öfteren aufgelegt ist derzeit mit Uni aber ziemlich ausgelastet.
Kamilla, 23 und macht gerade ihren Bachelor in Philosophie. Wenn sie nicht Laufen geht oder Yoga macht, liest sie gerne und oft ein gutes Buch oder zieht sich die neuesten Originals auf Netflix rein. Mit ihr kann man echt gut und entspannt in der Küche die tiefsten Gespräche führen oder einfach ein gutes Abendessen kochen.
Richard, 19 und studiert verzweifelt Wirtschaftsrecht im 2ten Semester. Wenn er nicht 24/7 für seine bevorstehenden Prüfungen lernt triffst du ihn entweder in der Küche oder mit Feunden in der Stadt. Er versucht sich am A3-Block, Kochen ist ihm ein Hobby und sonst ist er hellhörig auf Ö1 und Nachrichten.
Unser WG Leben war immer sehr unkompliziert, Zeit zu Zeit kochen wir miteinander und begleiten uns auch halbwegs durch den Alltag.

3 of us are studying.
Ming 32, working in a elementary school, Netflix junky, gaming and going out with friends are his guilty pleasures.
Patrick 28, in his final semester for his master's degree in political sciences. Likes to skate, was once Dj-ing. Heaps to do for the Uni.
Kamilla 23, studies philosophy bachelor's degree programme, also Netflix junky :), yoga and chit chat in the kitchen are things she likes to do.
Richard 19, business law 2nd semester, hobbies include cooking and listen to the Ö1 Channel on radio.
So as said, nice ppl ;)
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Mikrowelle ect. Unsere Anforderungen an dich sind nicht unverhältnismäßig, schreib uns einfach eine kurze Beschreibung über dich und wir werden dir auch gleich antworten.
