Hallo zusammen! Wir suchen eine/n MitbewohnerIn zur Zwischenmiete im Juli und August für ein Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen, sehr zentralen und gut angebundenen WG.
Das Zimmer hat 25m² und ist möbliert mit einem Hochbett (Aufgang zu sehen neben dem Kasten), einem sehr großen Regal, einem großen Schrank, einer Kommode und einer ausziehbaren Couch. Es ist dem Innenhof zugewandt und dadurch hell und ruhig. Das Zimmer ist Nichtraucher und gegen Haustiere allergisch.

Hello everybody! We're looking for a flatmate for July and August in our cozy, very central and well-connected flat.
The room has 25m² and fitted with a bed (stairs to the bed can be seen next to the wardrobe), a very big shelf, a big wardrobe and a sofa bed. It faces the patio, making it bright yet quiet. No smoking or pets.
Die Wohnung liegt am Eck zwischen 1., 7. und 8. Bezirk, ist also sehr zentral gelegen. U-Bahn-Stationen Volkstheater und Rathaus (U2, U3) sind in 5 Minuten Gehzeit erreichbar, U6 Thaliastraße ist 15 min entfernt, und die Linien 1, 2, 5, 13A, 33, 43, 44, 46, 48A, 49, 71, D sind alle etwa 10 min entfernt. Es gibt 3 Supermärkte in der Straße. Die Lange Gasse ist verkehrsberuhigt, immer Samstags findet ein Biomarkt statt.

The flat is located in the corner of the 1st, 7th and 8th district, so it's very central. Metro stations Volkstheater and Rathaus (U2, U3) are a 5 min walk away, U6 Thaliastraße is 15 mins away, and the lines 1, 2, 5, 13A, 33, 43, 44, 46, 48A, 49, 71, D are all around 10 mins away. There are 3 supermarkets close to the flat. There is very little traffic in the Lange Gasse, and an organic market is happening every Saturday.
Wir sind Samuel und Dominik, zwei Studenten aus der Steiermark. Wir studieren Software-Engineering, Politikwissenschaft, Volkswirtschaftslehre und Geschichte. Wir werden den Juli und August damit verbringen, Seminararbeiten zu schreiben, auf Urlaub zu fahren oder auf der Donauinsel zu entspannen. So richtige Partys gibt es bei uns nur sehr selten, aber wir sind gesellig und laden manchmal Leute ein.

We are Samuel and Dominik, two students from Styria. We study software engineering, political science, economics and history. We will spend July and August with writing seminar papers, going on vacation or passing time on the Donauinsel. There are very few actual parties in our flat, but we're social and like to invite friends over.
Wir sind flexibel was unsere/n MitbewohnerIn für diese zwei Monate angeht. Für ein Praktikum ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, weil du schnell überall sein kannst und nach Feierabend noch die Stadt genießen kannst. Für jemanden, der/die die Stadt im Sommer kennenlernen will, ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, weil man die wichtigsten Sachen zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich!

We are flexible regarding our flatmate for these two months. The flat is suitable for an internship, because you can reach all points of the city fast and can enjoy the city after hours.
