Zur Lage, die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer Seitenstraße der Josefsstädter Straße und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In einer Minute erreicht man die 2er Straßenbahn mit der man bis nach Döbling oder sonst direkt zur Oper kommt und zum Karlsplatz (Tu Wien) und auch die 5er Straßenbahn Richtung Westbahnhof oder zum Prater. Der 13a Bus Richtung Mariahilfer Straße und Hauptbahnhof ist auch sehr praktisch. Sonst kommt man auch in 5 Gehmintuten zur U6 Josefsstädter Straße und U2 Rathaus. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr gut angebunden. Alles in allem also perfekt zentral gelegen :)

The flat is at a side arm of Josefstädterstraße and very central. In one minute you can reach the Tram 2, that brings you to Döbling, the Oper or the Karlsplatz, and the Tram 5, that brings you to Westbahnhof or to the Prater. Also the Bus 13A to Mariahilferstraße and the main train station is very practical. Otherwise you can walk 5 minutes to the U6 Josefstädterstraße and the U2 Rathaus. Also with the bike you can reach everything in time.

Wir wohnen in unserer Wg seit Oktober mit unserer Katze Mia zusammen. Wir sind Ben (29), der im 3. Jahr Medizin studiert, Valentin (25), der an der Boku im Master Bio-und Umweltressourcenmanegement studiert, Johanna (23), sie studiert an der Wu Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy und Nik (29) kommt aus Russland und studiert Musik um Dirigent zu werden und ich Amy studiere an der Tu Architektur. Also alle ganz verschieden, aber wir kommen alle gut zurecht und machen auch oft oder weniger oft, wie sichs halt ergibt mal was zusammen. Zusammen essen oder Film schauen, an die Donauinsel fahren oder einfach nur abends anhängen. Wir haben einen kleinen Balkon, der auch zum Innenhof gerichtet ist genau so wie mein/dein Zimmer ;) und ist deshalb megaruhig und man hat unseren majestätischen Baum, der davon ablenkt mitten in der Stadt zu wohnen :)

We live together since october together with the cat Mia. We are Ben (29), who studies medicine in the 3rd year, Valentin (25), who does his master in environmental management at the BOKU, Johanna (23) studies socio- ecological economics and policy at the WU and Nik (29) from Russia, studies musik to become a conductor. We are all the servants of Mia the cat, who loves to enjoy live with us. So we are all very different, but we get along pretty well and spent time together and relax when it is convenient to us, often spontanously. We like to eat together and watch movies, we swim in the danoube or just hang out at night :). We have a small balcony directed to the patio with many trees (as you can see on the picture :)), as is your room. That is why it is very calm and you tend to forget that you live in the middle of the city :)

Was gibt es sonst noch zu sagen? Ja ich bin nicht hier und meine Mitbewohner werden auch ab und an mal nicht zu hause sein weil Urlaub und weil Sommer und Arbeit ( nicht alle wissen noch was dieser Sommer bringen wird) aber ich glaube ihr werdet euch gut verstehen. Wir haben auch alles nötige hier, eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ein elektr. Keyboard, einen Balkon!! und weiß auch nicht was noch zu sagen ist..oh ja unsere Wg Katze ist eigentlich Bens Katze und er kümmert sich auch um alles was sie betrifft also keine Sorge :)

What is there left to say? I will not be here and my flatmates will also not always be there because of work, vacation and summer (not all of them know what they will do in summer) but i think you will get along well. We have everything required and more, a washing mashine, a dishwasher, a keyboard, a balcony! I don't know what is there more to say, just that the cat Mia is Bens cat and he fully takes care of her, so no worries about that :)
