Das Zimmer ist ca 20m2 groß und es stehen auch schon Möbel drinnen. Diese können frei genutzt werden. :)
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und auch generell recht warm weil die Sonne echt schön hinein scheint, speziell weil die Wohnung so weit oben liegt.
Durch den Platz hat man im Zimmer noch viele Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung offen. :)
Eine Seitenstraße vom Donaukanal entfernt (Hammer im Sommer! 😍) , mit netten Lokalen & lässt einen die Stadt vom Zentrum aus genießen. Auch super zum laufen oder für einen Radausflug zum Kahlenberg geeignet :)
Die Wohnung ist 10 Gehminuten vom Schwedenplatz sowie dem Graben entfernt.
Es gibt die U2, U4, 1er,2er Straßenbahn, sowie mehrere Busstationen in der Nähe. Einmal über die Brücke gehen und schon ist man im ersten. 😊
Nachdem ich gerade nach einer Zwischenmieterin für unsere ruhige WG suche würde ich mich auf ein Kennenlernen freuen.
Weil momentan beide Bewohnerinnen Vollzeit berufstätig sind, sind wir unter Tags weniger da und eher am Abend in der Wohnung.
Durch den geregelten Alltag sind wir auch keine Party-WG, weil es dann recht schwer ist wieder fit in die Arbeit zu kommen 😅😅.
