- On a quiet and calm street (Karmelitergasse)
- In a 5 min radius are the Ubahn stations Taborstraße (U2), Nestroyplatz (U1), tram line 2 and buses 5A and 5B. 10 min walking to Schwedenplatz (U4 and U1), the Augarten park and the Donaukanal. Otherwise it’s 15-18 min walking to Stephansplatz (U1, city center)
- The building is in an inner courtyard so one doesn’t hear traffic and is very relaxed.
- Hofer, Billa, Spar, Denn’s, DM, Bipa, bakeries, pharmacies and hair salon all within 5 minutes walking distance.
- Well-lit kitchen
- No smoking in the apartment
- Elevator, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi all available and included
The room:
