Da ich ein Erasmussemester mache, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer bis Ende Juni. Es ist eine zweier WG, also du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Nadine(26) teilen.
Gesucht: nur weibliche Bewerber bitte!
Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal und Kleiderstange). Ich würde das Zimmer nicht komplett ausräumen, da es eine Zwischenmiete ist, aber so dass du natürlich genügend Stauraum für deine Sachen haben würdest. Ich würde dir auch meine Pflanzen lassen, solange du das willst. Da ich selber keinen grünen Daumen habe sind sie sehr pflegeleicht.^^ Wenn du das aber nicht möchtest kann ich sie für die Zeit auch zu Nadine geben.

Looking for a female roomate!
Since I'm doing an Erasmus semester, I'm renting out my room in a shared apartment until the end of june. It's a flat share for two, so you would share the apartment with Nadine (26).
The room is 12 square meters big and fully furnished (bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelves and clothing rail). I wouldn't empty the room completely since it's a temporary rental, but so that you would have enough storage space of course. I would also leave my plants under your care if that's okay. They are really low maintenance but if you don't want that, I can give them to Nadine.
Die Wohnung liegt im Karmeliterviertel(2.Bezirk) und somit wirklich sehr zentral und hat tolle Anbindungen. Die U2 Taborstraße ist 7 Gehminuten entfernt, die U1 Nestroyplatz 8 Minuten und die U4 Schwedenplatz zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten oder 5 Minuten mit der Tram 2. Zur Tram 2 geht man 1 Minute und sie fährt auch zur U3 Stubentor(7 Minuten). Mit der U2 ist man in 5 Minuten beim Schottentor (Hauptuniversität).
Die Karmelitergasse ist eine Seitenstraße zur Taborstraße und somit sind Spar, Billa, Hofer, DM, BIPA, Apotheke und Bank nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Genauso gibt es auch viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien und zum Schwedenplatz(viele Bars) geht man keine 15 Minuten.
Noch ein großes Plus ist der Augarten, zu dem man ca. 10 Minuten geht.

The apartment is located in the Karmeliterviertel (2. District) and is therefore very central and has great connections. The U2 Taborstraße is a 7-minute walk away, the U1 Nestroyplatz 8 minutes and the U4 Schwedenplatz about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes with the Tram 2. Tram 2 is a 1-minute walk and it also goes to the U3 Stubentor (7 minutes). The U2 takes you to the Schottentor (main university) in 5 minutes.
Karmelitergasse is a side street to Taborstraße and therefore Spar, Billa, Hofer, DM, BIPA, pharmacy and bank are only a few minutes' walk away. There are also many great restaurants, cafes, bakeries and the Schwedenplatz (bars and clubs) is less than 15 minutes away.
Another big plus is the Augarten(park), which is about a 10-minute walk away.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Nadine, sie ist 26 Jahre jung und studiert Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie sowie Rechtswissenschaften. Sie ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Person und immer offen für einen gemeinsamen Kochabend. Ein respektvoller Umgang und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sowie Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns sehr wichtig und wie wir finden die Voraussetzung für ein harmonisches Miteinander.

Your roommate would be Nadine, she is 26 years young and studies cultural and social anthropology as well as law. She is a very loving and helpful person and is always open to a joint cooking evening. Mutual respect and consideration as well as tidiness are very important to us and essential to live in harmony in a flatshare. :)
