Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch, Kommode, eigener TV mit Apple-TV), kostet nur 300 Euro (inkl. allem, Heizung, Strom, TV, schnellem Internet) und ist Teil einer 3er-WG im 3. Bezirk. Verfügbar im gesamten Februar. Wir suchen deshalb so kurzfristig einen Zwischenmieter, weil der bisherige Bewohner früher auszieht als ursprünglich geplant.
Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet,109 m2 groß, hell und zieht sich über drei Etagen. Im ersten Stock sind dein Zimmer, dein eigenes Bad für dich allein, das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und ein separates WC. Im zweiten Stock sind die zwei Zimmer deiner Mitbewohner und ein weiteres Bad. Und dann gibt es ein Stockwerk höher noch die sehr nette Dachterrasse (25 m2) mit DIY-Gartenmöbeln und Tischtennistisch.

The room has 15 m2 with an extra balcony (3 m2). Furnished with bed, closet, desk, dresser, own TV with Apple-TV. It's only 300 Euro including everything from heating, energy, TV and fast internet. Available in February. The flat is big and bright and has three floors. Your room is on the below floor, next to the living room with kitchen, your personal bathroom and a toilet. On the upper floor there are the rooms of your two flatmates and another bathroom. On the third floor there is a roof terrace with 25 m2.
Die Wohnung liegt in Zentrumsnähe. S-Bahn-Station Rennweg, Bus und Straßenbahn sind in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, die U3-Station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz in 10 min.

The flat is not far from the center of town. Trainstation Rennweg, several bus-stops and tram-stops are within 5 minutes by foot, U3-station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz within 10 minutes.
Du würdest mit Johanna (26) und Simon (30) zusammenwohnen, beide umgänglich und unkompliziert. Alles weitere dann persönlich.
