Dein zukünftiges Zimmer misst 10 qm, was durch die hohen Decken gar nicht so klein ist :) Durch die zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer super hell (Bilder sind bei Abendsonne entstanden).
Die Möbel bleiben den Monat drin und natürlich darf alles in der Wohnung von dir mitbenutzt werden. Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof rausgeht ist es super ruhig. Am Hausflur befindet sich ein kleiner gemütlicher Balkon, auf dem geraucht werden kann.
Unsere offene Barküche ist der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung und wir nutzen sie ebenfalls als Wohnzimmer. Und wir haben eine Spülmaschine!! :)
Zur Miete kommen noch 12 Euro UPC Gebühren hinzu, ist auch sehr schnell ;)
Die WG befindet sich im 3. Bezirk nahe der U-Bahnstation 'Rochusgasse'. Ebenfalls in 5 min zu erreichen ist die Station der 1 + 40A(Löwengasse) und die 74A (Rochusmarkt). Eine Nightline Station ist auch direkt um die Ecke (Kundmanngasse). Die Wohung ist ziemlich zentrumsnah, man ist mittels öffentlicher in ca. 10 Minuten am Schwedenplatz und Stephansdom. Entlang des Donaukanals kann man auch gut ins Zentrum rein spazieren. Super nah ist auch das Hundertwasserhaus und der berühmte Prater!
Einkaufen ist auch easy, in 5 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß ist ein frisch renovierter großer Spar und in ca. 7 Minuten ein Hofer (Aldi). Eine UBahn Station weiter (Landstraße) befindet sich eine große Mall, mit Spar der jeden Tag bis 23 Uhr geöffnet ist. Auch eine Tankstelle ist in 5 min zu erreichen die 24/7 offen hat!
Das WG Leben ist super unkompliziert und entspannt. Du wohnst mit Can und einem anderen Untermieter zusammen. Can ist 23 und Soziologiestudent. Man kann mit ihm viel Spaß haben, allerdings lässt er dir natürlich auch deine Ruhe wenn du sie brauchst.
Schreibt mir am liebsten per Whatsapp, versuche so schnell wie es geht zu antworten. Besichtigungen sind auch jederzeit möglich.
