Mai (nach Absprache evtl. auch etwas länger) in einem wunderschönen, voll eingerichteten und natürlich separat begehbarem Wiener Altbauzimmer in einer netten Studenten-WG zur Zwischenmiete wohnen. 22 QM, schönes Parkett, hohe Decken, ruhige Innenhoflage (begrünt) und eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit drei weiteren Mitbewohnern in drei weiteren Räumen, einer großen Küchen mit extra Essraum, ein Badezimmer und ein davon getrenntes WC erwarten dich.
Looking for a classic Vienna flat for your Erasmus stay during the first 2018 semester? Then this is your right place! You can stay from January 15h till May 14th (maybe a bit longer, upon request). The room is fully furnished and of course separately accessible. You will stay with three nice guys, two of them studying psychology, one of them medicine. The room is 22 square meters large, has a high ceiling and parquet flooring (as the rest of the flat) and lies at a very calm and green inside court. The kitchen is very spacious and thereby perfect for nice cooking sessions (and there is an extra dining room as well). There is of course a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate restroom.

Zur Lage muss nicht viel gesagt werden: mit ca. 3 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Wien Mitte/Landstraße ist die Wohnung sehr zentral und zudem in einem traumhaften Wiener Altbauviertel gelegen. Zur Hauptuni brauchst du mit den Öffentlichen von Tür zu Tür etwa 20 Minuten. Ein Hofer, ein Billa und ein DM sind nur etwa 200 Meter entfernt.
The flat is located in the heart of Vienna in a wonderful old-style Viennese district. Public transportation brings you to the Uni in about 20 minutes, from door to door. There are many, many shopping facilities, nice cafés and restaurants in a very short distance (the nearest supermarket is about 200 meters away from the flat).
