Verkehrsanbindung: Straßenbahnlinie O (direkt vor der Haustüre), Straßenbahnlinie 18, 71 und S-Bahn (Station Rennweg) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis zur Hauptuni benötigt man etwa 20-30 min.
Einkaufsmöglicheiten (Billa, Hofer, Bipa, dm,...), eine Bäckerei und Bücherei sowie Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Belvederegarten und Schweizer Garten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Traffic connections: tramline O (right at the front door), tramline 18,71 and S1, S2, S3, S4, S7 ( a 5-minute walk away). Within 10 minutes you can walk to the belvedere gardens and within 15 minutes to the central railway station.
