Dreimonatige Zwischenmiete in einer möblierten Wohnung nahe S-Bahn Station Rennweg im 3.Bezirk (01. April 2018 bis 30. Juni 2018)

Die helle, geräumige und vollmöblierte Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein WC, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Zentralheizung und WLAN. Von den drei Zimmern stehen ein 10m² Kabinett (Schlafzimmer) sowie ein großer und Heller Raum mit 26m² (Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer) zur Miete zur Verfügung. Die Gesamtkosten pro Monat betragen 440€, die Kaution beträgt gesamt 400€. Die Zimmer sind durch einen Gang und einen Vorraum getrennt voneinander begehbar.
Gebäude und Ausstattung sind nicht neuwertig, versprühen aber klassischen Wiener Altbaucharme.

Anbindung: Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage im dritten Bezirk in einem Altbauhaus und ist an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden (Straßenbahn 71er, S-Bahn Rennweg). Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Oberzellergasse“, mit Anbindung direkt ins Zentrum ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt. In acht Gehminuten kommt man zur S-Bahnstation Rennweg, bei der es auch eine Citybikestation gibt (Citybikes sind von der Stadt zur Verfügung gestellte Fahrräder; man muss nur einmalig 1 Euro zahlen um sie zu benutzen). Bei der S-Bahnstation befinden sich auch ein Fitnessstudio und eine Apotheke. Ebenfalls in zwei Gehminuten kommt man zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Eurospar und Billa. Geht man die Seitengasse rauf, kommt man gleich zu einem kleinen Park. Nimmt man sich zehn Minuten Zeit, gelangt man zum großen, grünen Areal des Schweizer Gartens und des Schlosses Belvedere. Die Flanier- und Einkaufsmeile Landstraße Hauptstraße ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.

Mitbewohner: Teilen würdest Du die Wohnung mit Michael, der das dritte Zimmer bewohnt. Michael ist ein ruhiger Typ, studiert Kulturtheorie, arbeitet als Designer, ist Film- und Spielejunkie, radelt und bastelt an Fahrrädern, wandert und klettert gerne.

Building and equipment aren't exactly in mint condition anymore, but they more than make up for it with classic Viennese charm and a relaxed flair.

The apartment enjoys a central location in the third district in an old building and is well served by public transport. The tram stop "Oberzellergasse", with connection to the city center is a two minute walk away. In eight walking minutes you get to the tram station Rennweg. There is also a City Bike Station (City Bikes are provided by the city and available for free, you are charged a one-time fee of 1 euro). Close to the S-Bahn station is also a gym and a pharmacy. Grocery stores are only two minutes from the apartment.
If you walk up the side road of the house you reach a little park. If you take ten more minutes you get to the large green area of ​​the Schweizer Garten and the Belvedere Palace.
