The room is very big and also suitable for 2 people to share it. There are two big windows. Since it is an old building (but newly renovated) the ceiling is high what makes the room even more spacious. There are 2 bed and one sofa, one desk and some shelfs as furniture.
The room can also be rented monthly.
Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig und eignet sich auch für 2 Personen zum teilen. Es gibt 2 Fenster. Altbau entsprechend hat das Zimmer hohe Decken. Im Zimmer befinden sich 2 Betten und ein Ausziehsofa, ein Schreibtisch und Regale.
Das Zimmer kann auch monatsweise gemietet werden.
The flat is positioned very central, directly at the Danube Canal. The next tram station is 3 minutes far from the flat, the next metro station is 7-10 minutes away by walking (U3, U4, U2, U1). There are also several supermarkets close (5-10 minutes walking).
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am Donaukanal. Die nächste Straßenbahnstation ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß, die nächsten Ubahn-Stationen 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß (U3, U4, U2, U1).
The community living is very calm. Some study, others are working. During summer some will be gone for holidays. All food is shared, usually we cook vegetarian. The living together is very friendly and harmonic and sometimes we do things together or sit together around the kitchen table.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig. Manche studieren, andere arbeiten, wobei im Sommer vermutlich nicht viel los sein wird. Das Essen wird geteilt und ist meistens vegetarisch. Das WG-Leben ist sehr freundlich und harmonisch und es wird öfter etwas gemeinsam unternommen oder in der Küche zusammen gesessen.

Eine Sympathie für vegetarische Ernährung sowie feministische Ansichten sollte vorhanden sein.
