Das ist Zimmer ist 25 qm groß. Direkte Morgensonne, aber durch die zwei Fenster gibt es den ganzen Tag über Licht. Das Zimmer hat ein 140 cm Bett, einen Schreibtisch und auch Regale und einen Kleiderständer zum Mitbenutzen. Es ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber sehr gemütlich.
The room is 25 squaremeters large. Direct morning sun, but the two large windows give sunlight the whole day. In the room there is a 140 cm bed, a desk and also some shelves and clothes hangars, you can use. It is simple, but really cozy.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der S-Bahnstation Rennweg. Außerdem fahren die O und die 71 direkt vor der Haustür. Mit den Öffis ist man in 5 Minuten bei der Landstraße, oder 10 Mintuten am Praterstern und 7 Minuten zum Karlsplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad geht alles natürlich viel schneller. :) Mit 15-20 Minuten Gehweg ist ein Spaziergang zur Landstraße oder zum Karlsplatz aber auch noch angenehm.
Das Schloss Belvedere ist direkt nebenan.
The apartment is located next to the train station Rennweg. With the train you can arrive Praterstern, Landstraße or Meidling within a few minutes. Besides the trams O and 71 are driving directly next to the front-door. 7 minutes to Karlsplatz.
With the bicycle everything is even a bit faster. :)
Also a nice walk to Karlsplatz or Landstraße doesn't take more than 15-20 Minutes.
The castle Belvedere is 5 minutes away.
In der Wohnung leben noch Toni und Martin, beide Studenten.
Wir haben ein sehr gutes Verhältnis, kochen manchmal zusammen oder füreinander. Es wird auch gerne gefeiert, im Sommer gerne draußen.
Martin and Toni are living in the apartment, both are students.
We have a really good relationship, cooking together for each others quite often. We also like to party, in the summer outside of course. :)
Mein Zimmer ist ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer, wir haben aber ein Raucherkammerl, das gerne benutzt wird. :)
Zwichenmiete kann auch noch um ein paar Tage in the August verschoben werden.
My room is a non-smoking room, but we have a smoking room which everyone likes to use. :)
You could have the room as well for a few more days, if you want.
