Wir suchen einE neueN MitbewohnerIn für unsere (dann wieder) Fünfer-WG. Die etwas ausgewohnte Altbauwohnung mit originellem Grundriss und Fenster auf ein begrüntes Dach liegt im dritten Bezirk. Die gemeinsamen Räume sind Küche mit Esstisch (kein Geschirrspüler), Bad, Klo.Das Zimmer ist 8 qm groß und gute drei Meter hoch, es gibt ein französisches Hochbett mit Leiter, Kasten, Regal und Minicouch oder Schreibtisch (beides geht sich nicht aus). Es ist getrennt begehbar, liegt hellhörig zwischen den gemeinsam benutzten Räumen und hat ein Fenster zum grünen Dach hinaus.
Mietanteil: 196 Euro warm. Geringer Anteil an der Kaution nach Vereinbarung. Zusichern können wir die Wohnmöglichkeit leider nur bis November (so unser Vertrag verlängert wird, auch länger).

We are looking for a new flatmate to move in our Altbau-apartment in 1030, which is slightly more shabby than chic - but greener than most other places. Our shared rooms are kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom, privy. The room for rent has 8 square meters and is higher than wide, it has a built-in loft bed, cupboard, shelf, minicouch or desk (both don’t fit in). It has a window towards the green roof and is sourrounded by the shared rooms.
The rent is 196 Euro per month, incl. electricity, gas, internet and so on. We request a small share in the bailment. We are afraid we can guarantee housing only until November (just don’t know yet if we ourselves can stay longer).
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Hundertwasserhauses, ist gut zu erreichen mit der Straßenbahnlinie 1 und man erreicht Die U-Bahnen U3 und U4 Landstraße in 10min (Fußweg).

Near the famous 'Hundertwasserhaus', the Tram 1 halt is just around the corner, Metro U3 and U4 'Landstraße' are very close and can be reached within a 10min walk.
Wir wohnen schon seit einigen Jahren zusammen und sind mittlerweile befreundet. Zum WG-Leben ist grundsätzlich zu sagen: 1. Wir haben eine Katze. Sie herrscht über uns und wird mit liebevoller Ergebenheit gepflegt. Manchmal hat sie auch einen Vogel. 2. Putzen und Essenseinkäufe teilen wir uns weitgehend vertrauensbasiert und suchen jemanden, der sich das prinzipiell vorstellen kann. 3. Wir sind mehrheitlich mittelgute Möchtegernnichtraucherinnen und ein echter Nichraucher. Geraucht wird in der Wohnung nicht, ist im zu vergebenden Zimmer aber prinzipiell möglich. 4. Einen gewissen Toleranzspielraum wollen wir in allen Angelegenheiten strikt aufrechterhalten.
Wir sind Mitte/Ende 20, drei Frauen und ein Mann und alltäglich vor allem beschäftigt mit: Masterarbeiten schreiben (Psychologie, Biologie, Philosophie), Lohnarbeit, Erforschung der Tiefsee, Musik spielen, Theater spielen, LARP spielen, pfadfinden, kochen, in Bars sein, Katze streicheln, usw.

We are four people, looking for the fifth (three women, one man, in our late twenties), living together for several years now and having become friends. What you should know about us is: 1. We have a cat. We live happily under its reign and care for it with fond devotion. 2. We are all German native speakters; English is perfectly ok. 3. We do cleaning and daily shopping mainly based on trust and are looking for someone who is comfortable with that. We are middle-rate housekeepers and work hard to keep dirtiness stable at an acceptable level. 4. We are, by the majority, moderately effectual wannabe non-smokers. Plus one real non-smoker. We do not smoke in the flat; in principle its possible in the room for rent. 4. A certain tolerance in all matters must be met at all costs.
Our daily activities include: writing master thesises (psychology, biology, philosophy), wage work, research about the deep sea, playing music, playing theatre, playing LARP, being a scout, cooking, spending time in bars, and petting the cat. :)
