Very central location, between Hundertwasserhaus and Kunsthaus, 5 minutes by foot to tram line 1 or O, 10 minutes by foot to Schwedenplatz, Praterstern or Landstrasse-Mitte Vienna (subways and train connections!).
Parallel to the Danube Canal or near the Park Prater, so very good opportunity for jogging. Shops, post office, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, nice cafes, various sport studios and convenience stores 5-10 minutes walk.
The area is very safe, even at night, quiet and you have enough parks and green areas nearby.
Sehr zentrale Lage, zwischen Hundertwasserhaus und Kunsthaus, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Straßenbahnlinie 1 oder O, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Schwedenplatz, Praterstern oder Landstrasse-Mitte Wien (U-Bahnen und Schnellbahn / Zug-Anschlüsse!).
Parallel zum Donaukanal oder Nähe dem Park Prater, somit sehr gute Möglichkeit zum Joggen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Apotheke, Bäckereien, Restaurants, nette Cafés, diverse Sportstudios und Bedarfsgeschäfte 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß.

I am from Germany and have been living in Vienna for 10 years. I am working fulltime and travel a lot. Generally uncomplicated, open for short-term or long-term flatmate, very hospitable.
It would be nice if the normal manners of living together are respected (a certain degree of cleanliness, handling of the furnishings and utensils with care).
I am generous and open, if you want to use everything that is in the shared space, but in return, I ask you to handle it carefully and replace it if something breaks or is damaged.
Ich komme aus Deutschland / Rheinland Pfalz und lebe seit 10 Jahren in Wien. Ich bin berufstätig und reise viel. Generell unkompliziert, offen für kurzfristiges oder längerfristiges Zusammenleben, sehr gastfreundlich.
Es wäre schön, wenn die normalen Umgangsformen des Zusammenlebens respektiert werden (ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit, sorgsamer Umgang mit der Wohnungseinrichtung und Gebrauchsgegenständen).
Ich bin großzügig und offen, wenn man alles, was in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen vorhanden ist, benutzen möchte, aber verlange im Gegenzug einen sorgfältigen Umgang damit und Ersatz, falls etwas kaputt geht.
