Hello, Im looking for someone to take over the small room in my WG. It is quiet room in the top floor of an old building, with a window facing out to the courtyard that brings in a lot of sun. The room is lofted, and has a space for a double bed above, and a small couch and closet below. The entire flat is 59m2 for and has a shared bathroom, and kitchen/dining space.
Hallo, ich suche jemanden, um das kleinere Zimmer in meiner WG zu übernehmen. Es ist ruhig und liegt im obersten Stock in einem Altbau (4. Stock). Es hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof, das viel Sonne hereinlässt. Der Raum hat ein eingebautes Hochbett (doppelbett inclusive Matratze), und darunter eine kleine Couch und ein Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung ist 59m2 groß und hat ein Bad/Dusche (inklusive Waschmaschine), eine Toilette und eine Küche mit Esstisch.
The apartment is located on rennweg right next to the 71, so one can get to the city centre fairly quickly. It also has good access to Billa/Hofer/Spar which are right down the street.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rennweg, nahe der 71er Straßenbahn, wodurch man schnell im Stadtzentrum ist. Ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen sind die Bahnstation Rennweg und St. Marx, mit Verbindung zum Flughafen. Direkt um um die Ecke gibt es Billa/Spar/Hofer.
I am currently a PhD student at the Vienna Biocenter from the United States, studying systems biology. I like climbing, watching sports and TV, and finding new places to eat/drink in Vienna.

The room would come furnished with a mattress, desk, and a small couch which would cost 200 euros total in addition to the deposit. There is also a 270 euro cost for the contract.
