In unserer lustigen und gemütlichen 3er WG wird ein Zimmer ab dem 1.Juni frei. Das Zimmer hat ca 11m² und ein eingebauter Kleiderschrank im Flur gehört dazu. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, das Bett kann allerdings auf Wunsch im Zimmer bleiben. Die WG hat insgesamt 85m² und befindet sich im Herzen des dritten Bezirks und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schloss Belvedere.
Wir, Andi und Fernanda sind Studenten an der Uni Wien und kommen ursprünglich aus Vorarlberg und Brasilien. Wir sind sehr kommunikative und offene Menschen, und verbringen auch in unserer Freizeit Zeit miteinander. Wir suchen daher jemanden, der auch gerne in einer familiären WG wohnen will, und nicht an einer Zwecks-WG interessiert ist.
Top-Lage: 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahnstation Quartier Belvedere sowie Rennweg entfernt und Straßenbahnlinien 18 und O direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Billa, Penny und Bipa) gleich um die Ecke.
Preis: 350€ im Monat (Internet, Tv-Anschluss, Strom- und Gaskosten sowie Versicherung inkludiert), 850€ Kaution

We are looking for a new flatmate!
In our funny and cozy flat a room will be fee from the 1.June on. The room has around 11m² and a closet outside the room is included. The room is to be taken unfurnished, but the bed can stay in the room if you need it. The flat has 85m² and it´s located in the middle of the 3.district near the Belvedere Castle.
We, Andi and Fernanda, are Students at the University of Vienna and come originally from Vorarlberg and Brasil. We are very communicative and open-minded people and we also spend a lot of time together. Therefore we´re looking for someone that would like to have some fun with us in a familiar atmosphere.
Top-location: 10 Minutes walking distance from Hauptbahnhof (Main Station), 5 min to the S-Bahn stations Quartier Belvedere and Rennweg. Tram O and 18 stop directly in front of the door. Grocery stores (Hofer, Billa, Penny and Bipa) right around the corner.
