Monthly rent: 225€/month
Internet+electricity: 45€/month
Deposit: 675€
Deposit for furniture (Ablöse - an Austrian thing - you get your money back!): 600€. It is IKEA furniture: 1 double bed with a double mattress (under-mattress and upper-mattress), 1 mirror, 1 large closet, 1 5-storey shelf, double curtains (transparent + thick curtains), 1 coat rack, 1 fan)
The flat contains the following:
Kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, electric kettle
WC
Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
Corridor with much storage space
