Ab Februar wird mein Zimmer in einer 7er WG zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist in Landstraße, 5 Minuten zum Fuß zu Wien Mitte und deswegen ganz gut verbunden und in einer schöne Umgebung (der Donaukanal und der Prater sind auch zum Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar). Die WU ist auch in 15 Minuten mit dem Tram erreichbar.
Alles inklusive (Strom, Wasser, WLAN usw.), voll möbliert (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine usw.) und mit einem sehr kulanten und reaktionsschnellen Vermieter.
Die Wohnung ist 150m2 groß, das Zimmer ~15m2 und die Mitbewohner sind sehr international!
600€ im Monat (550€ ob Vertag für mehr als 6 Monate)
Kaution: 800€

Hi guys, I leave my room in a 7-people flat after a semester at WU and it's available from February.
The apartment is in Landstraße, 5 minutes to walk to Wien Mitte and therefore quite well connected and in a beautiful environment (the Danube Canal and the Prater are also reachable to walk in 5 minutes). It is also 15 minutes away from the WU with the tram, 10 minutes by bike.
All inclusive (electricity, water, Wifi etc.), fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and with a very accommodating and responsive landlord.
The apartment is 150m2, the room 15-20m2 and the flatmates are very international!
Rental fee: 600€ (550€ if contract for more than 6 months)
Deposit: 800€
