Wir sind eine 5er WG und haben ab sofort ein Zimmer frei. Wir sind zwischen 24 und 33 Jahren alt und studieren, arbeiten und lassen es uns gut gehen.
Zu vergeben ist:
ein ca. 30 qm geräumiges, helles Zimmer in einer 152qm Altbauwohnung mit Charakter. Im Spezialpreis über den Sommer 365€ (statt einer Gesamtmiete von 465€) sind Strom, Gas, Internet und alle sonsigen Nebenkosten inkludiert. Es besteht die Möglichkeit auch länger als 30.Sept. in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Die Kaution beträgt 1314€.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock und etwas abseits der Hauptstraße. Die U-Bahnstation U1 Neystroyplatz ist gleich vor der Haustür. Der Verkehrsknoten Schwedenplatz (U1, U4, Bim 1, 2, etc. und Nachtbusse) ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt; der Praterstern mit Anbindung zum Flughafen ist auch sehr nah. Die meisten Unis sind superschnell zu erreichen - mit Rad wie Öffis. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.
Mit gemütlicher Küche und einem extra Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Stephansdom und einem Sonnendeck lässt es sich leben. Internet, Badewanne, Wasch-, Spülmaschine und Freundlichkeit sind vorhanden.
Wenns passt, kochen wir gerne zusammen oder gehen was trinken, aber hier soll
niemand zwangsbeglückt werden. Wichtig ist uns jedoch ein respektvoller Umgang gegenüber allen Menschen und Tieren, weswegen wir auch kein Fleisch in Töpfen, Pfannen und unserem Kühlschrank bevorzugen würden. Zurzeit leben wir hier vegetarisch oder vegan.
Sonstiges:

Hello!
There is a free room from the 1st of July (or earlier) in a friendly 5 person apartment in the 2nd district. We're between 25 - 35 years old and we're all studying, working and having a nice time. Ideally we're looking for someone until the end of summer (sept.) with the possibility of extending the stay longer.
What we offer:
30sq/m bright room in a 158sq/m old build apartment with loads of character.
In the hallway, there is extra storage space in case it's needed.
Special rent during the summer: 365€ (normally 465€). Electricity, Gas, Internet are included, and there is a 1314€ deposit.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor on a side street off the main road. We have the U1 Nestroyplatz underground station a stones-throw from our front door. The flat is really well connected to the rest of the city, where Schwedenplatz (U1, U4, Bim 1, 2, etc) is a short 5 minute walk. The Praterstern and connections to the airport are super convenient too. Most of the Universities are easy to get to and we have a supermarket right around the corner.
The flat is very easy to live in. We have a comfortable kitchen, a nice living room with loads of sun and a lovely view of Stephansdom. Internet, bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher and bags of friendliness are all included.
When our timings align, we sometimes cook together, though this isn't a must.
At the moment, all of the people in the flat are vegan or vegeterian and we appreciate a respectful environment.
