Since I'm unfortunately leaving my great roomates, I'm looking for someone to take my place in our cosy apartment in Citycom (http://www.citycom2.at/wohngemeinschaften.html) in the 2nd District near U1-Vorgartenstrasse.
What do we offer? The room has approximately 20 sqm with direct access to a large and sunny balcony with south-west direction. It's the perfect place for a BBQ! The apartment features a large common room with a big and fully equipped kitchen together with an enclosed living room.
The rent for the room is 435€ all inclusive. The room would be rented out without the furniture but if we could talk about it if you wanted to take anything over.
The apartment is close to U1 Vorgartenstraße, 11A Pensionsversicherungsanstalt and 82A Ernst-Melchior Gasse stations. There are a lot of supermarkets very close: 2*Hofer, 2*BILLA, 2*Spar, Penny, a park is just around the corner. It's only a short walking distance to the river Danube and the 'Donauinsel' and you can easily reach Prater/Praterstern.
We have always been living in a quite international group and Sara from Italy, George from Greece and Sebastian from Austria will be staying in the flat. All three currently study at WU (University of Economics and Business) which is around the corner.
The apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, a large couch and TV as well as two bathrooms and two toilets. The house also offers a bicycle room, music room, laundry room with laundry machines and dryers, as well as a Sauna in the top floor with a great view over Vienna!
How about you? We are looking for a girl or guy not younger than 23, open minded and experience with living in shared apartments. Common Movie-nights, cooking and eating together as well as drinks together on the balcony are regular activities!
