Bei uns ist absofort ein Zimmer frei, oder auch gerne ab März. Wir sind sehr entspannt und freuen uns, wenn wir uns in der WG verstehen und aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen.
Die vier Zimmer haben zwischen 18 und 25 m2.
In einem steht ein Gasofen, die anderen werden mit Holzöfen beheizt. Das freie Zimmer hat so 18 m^2 und wird mit einem Holzofen beheizt. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 144 m². Sie ist ein Altbau, wirklich abgewohnt aber gemütlich und charismatisch. Auch ist es durch die Flügeltüren relativ hellhörig, was aber nicht schlimm sein muss.
Die Miete beträgt alles inbegriffen 300/Person/Monat, die Kaution 760 / Person.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Augartens, der Taborstrasse und der grünen, hübschen Heinestrasse. Der Praterstern stört nicht und ist eine super Anbindung an den Rest der Stadt. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten im 1. Bezirk.

Hello!
At our place there will be a free room from right now or march, however you want . We are very relaxed and are happy to be sharing this living space with others, as long as we’re considerate with one another and getting along.
The four rooms in the apartment are between 18m2 and 25m2. The free room is 18m^2 big and heated with a wood stoven. The apartment is 144m2 in total. It’s an old building, quite lived-in in its looks but comfortable and charismatic. Because of the double doors connecting the rooms, the walls are not particularly soundproof, but that isn’t necessarily such a bad thing.
The flat is located near Augarten, Taborstrasse and the beautiful, green Heinestrasse. Praterstern is nearby too, and makes for a good connection spot to get pretty much everywhere in the city. The first district is only 20 minutes away on foot.
Monthly rent (all inclusive) is €300 per person. The deposit is €760.
Two people are living in the flat right now:
Patrick (24)
Studies philosophy, oriental and Jewish studies
enjoys drinking coffee, languages, taking strolls in museums,
all things beautiful and peculiar.

Studies archaeology,
enjoys long walks with city maps, photography, listening to (many kinds of) stories,
music and is quite new in Vienna.
Valentin (22)
studies history of arts and philosophy
likes books and pianos and is working a bit in art-projects
We stand for a colourful, pluralist, non-heteronormative, across-national-boundaries, non-dogmatic society and see our flat as a living space of the same sort.
Also another Person is going to move in in the middle of february: marie, very Kind, studying critical studies at the academy of fine arts.
