In 10 Minuten bei der Hauptuni, auch TU und WU schnell erreichbar. Alle wichtigen Läden sowie Donaukanal und Augarten in 5 min zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß, schön hell und ausgestattet mit: Doppelhochbett, Sofa und Beistelltisch, Schreibtisch und Sessel, Lehnsessel, Stereoanlage, Kleiderschrank, Ventilator, Regal, kleinem Trampolin, Drucker, usw.
Bettwäsche, Bezüge und Handtücher inklusive.
Die Küche hat 4 Herdplatten, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Wasserkocher, Mixer und viele viele weitere Küchengeräte.
Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und Toilette.
In der Wohnung wird außerdem noch mein Mitbewohner Alex (lieb, hilfsbereit, ordentlich, macht keinen Lärm) leben.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit, mein Fahrrad auszuleihen (über Details können wir gerne noch sprechen!)
