ihr sucht eine super Wohnung in guter Lage, mit tollen Mitbewohnerinnen und großer Terasse?!
Für mich ist es Zeit Wien zu verlassen und daher wird ein Platz bei uns frei.
Das Zimmer ist 27qm groß, hat hohe Wände und eine gewölbte Decke. Neben dem 1,80er Bett hat es außerdem eine große Ledercouch und genügend Stauraum. Im Moment steht auch ein Klavier im Zimmer (welches verkauft wird). Ansonsten werden alle Möbel im Zimmer gelassen. (Bett, Couch, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischkasten, Kommode, Schrank, kleines Bücherregal)
Durch die Nähe zum Praterstern ist die Verkehrsanbindung super! Man braucht 3 Minuten zur U1/U2 sowie zahlreichen Bims. Am Praterstern gibt es auch einen Spät Billa, der auch am Sonntag offen hat - sehr praktisch!
Außerdem ist der grüne Prater nur ein paar Gehminuten weg und auch zum Donaukanal sinds nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß und zur WU sind es 10 Gehminuten.
Du wirst mit Alexandra und Sophie zusammenwohnen. Alex studiert gerade im Bachelor und Sophie hat den bereits fertig und arbeitet. Wenn du offen und kommunikativ bist, dann wirst du dich sicher wohl bei uns fühlen!
Unser WG Leben ansich ist sehr locker und entspannt. Jeder hat seine Freiräume, aber wir essen auch gerne zusammen und verbringen Zeit miteinander. Auch heißt unsere Whatsapp Gruppe nicht umsonst "Spritzer WG".
Die WG ist top ausgestattet, nur sind wir auf der Suche nach einer neuen Waschmaschine... ;)
Bitte erzähl uns doch ein bisschen von dir (gerne auch mit FB), damit wir uns schon mal ein erstes Bild machen können. Und wenn du eine Frage an uns stellen könntest bevor du einziehst... welche wäre das?:)
