Ich vermiete 1,5 Zimmer (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, 20m2 und 8m2; Wohnzimmer ist nicht geteilt) in schöner, heller 2er WG (77m2). Die Wohnung ist sehr fein: Altbau, Parkett, 2. Stock, möbliert, mit Blick auf einen Platz und kleinem Gemeinschaftsbalkon am Gang. Alle Geräte, die man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bügeleisen, Fön, Internet), sind vorhanden.

I'm looking for a subtenant for July and/or August. I'm renting out my 2 rooms in a nice shared flat (of 77 m2): you'd have a private living room (20 m2) and bedroom (8 m2). The flat is sunny and has a beautiful view. It has traditional viennese "Altbau" charme, wooden floors and high ceilings, it's furnished and equipped with everything you need.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Bezirk, 4 Gehminuten von U2 Messe/Prater, die U1 ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
