Das Zimmer hat rund 18m², ist zentral vom Vorraum begehbar und hat eine Tür zum verglasten Balkon. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben, wobei eine eigene Matratze für das Bett mitgebracht werden müsste (180*200 cm). Die Möbel können aber auch entfernt werden. Es wird keine Ablöse für die Möbel verlangt. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, etc.). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein getrenntes Bad und WC.
The room has about 18m². You can enter the room from the anteroom. There is a balcony with a glass front infront of the room, which you can access from the room. The room is furnished, except you have to bring your own matress (180*200 cm). The furniture may also be removed. There is no deposit for the furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom and toilet are in seperate rooms.
Die Wohnung ist rund 2 Gehminuten vom Prater und 1 Gehminute vom Donaukanal entfernt. Vor dem Wohnhaus beleibt der 80A stehen, U1 und U2 sind ca. 8. Gehminuten entfernt, U3 und U4 (Landstraße) können mit der Bim O relativ rasch erreicht werden. Diverse Geschäfte (DM, Billa, etc.) sind im Umkreis von 10min.
The apartment is located between Prater (park) and Danube channel (2 mins walking). Infront of the house the bus 80A stops. U1 and U2 (at Praterstern) as well as U3 and U4 (Landstraße) are pretty close. Many different shops are around, no need to walk longer than 10 mins.
Das WG-Leben: dynamisch, gemeinsam und respektvoll zusammenwohnen, eine Vorliebe zu Sauberkeit sowie fleischfreiem Kühlschrank sollten mitgebracht werden.
Ich bin beruflich oftmals 2 bis 3 Tage die Woche nicht zuhause. Wenn ich da bin, nütze ich die Wohnung als ruhiges Zuhause. Ich habe aber auch gerne und regelmäßig am Wochenende Freunde zu Besuch zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen.
The apartment life: dynamic, together and respectful, predilection for cleanliness and a meatfree fridge should be brought. Due to my job I am away almost every week for two to three week, when I am back I like to use the apartment as a place to relax, but I also like to have friends over during weekends.
