Die renovierte Altbauwohnung ist 110 Quadratmete groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock. Bad und WC sind voneinander getrennt. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein separates Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sofas. Die WG ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht.
Mit seinen 22 Quadratmeter bietet das zu vergebene Zimmer viel Platz. Das Fenster spendet viel Licht und geht zur Zirkusgasse raus. Um ins Zimmer zu gelangen muss man durch das Wohnzimmer durchgehen. Das Zimmer wird zur Verfügung gestellt mit: Bett, Bettzeug/bezug, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Sitzsack. Ideal für jemanden, der neu in Wien ist oder ein Praktikum macht und für die ersten paar Wochen eine Unterkunft benötigt
The apartment is 110 sqm and is on the 1st floor. The toilet is separated from the bathroom but just next to it in another room. There is a well equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table and sofas. The apartment offers anything you need.
The room is 22 sqm and offers a lot of room. It is very bright due to the big windows. The following furniture is available: bed, bedding, closet, shelf, bean bag. The room is ideal for someone new in Vienna who needs a room for the first couple of weeks or someone doing an internship.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk mit guter öffentlicher Anbindung:
U1 Nestroyplatz - 1 Gehminute
U2 Taborstraße - 8 Gehminuten
U4 Schwedenplatz - 9 Gehminuten
U1/U2/S-Bahn Praterstern - 9 Gehminuten
Hofer/Spar/Billa sind gleich ums Eck.
Die Praterstraße und die Taborstraße sind ebenso in unmittelbarer Nähe mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und netten Lokalen.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Vivi (21) und Lotti (18). Die zwei studieren auf der BOKU und sind ganz liebe und aufgeschlossene Mädels. Es wird in der WG des Öfteren mal gekocht oder in gemeinsam in Wien etwas unternommen. Da gerade Ferien sind, kann es aber auch sein, dass die Mädels nicht daheim sind und du daher die Ruhe genießen kannst :)
Your room mates will be Vivi (21) and Lotti (18). Both of them are students of BOKU-University and they are two very Kind and open-minded Girls. They like to cook and spend their time together in Vienna. Since there are Holidays at the Moment, it is possible that the Girls will not be at home and you have the Apartment all to yourself :)
Der Mietpreis (300 Euro/Monat) beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet - es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an.
Die Kaution beträgt 150 Euro, welche am 31. August wieder zurückgezahlt werden, falls das Zimmer so hinterlassen wird, wie vorgefunden.
Es wird jemand gesucht, der/die das Zimmer für den Monat August untermieten möchte.
Falls du Interesse hast, erzähle etwas von dir und du kannst dir die Wohnung (dieses Wochenende, 21./22. Juli) ansehen :)
There are no additional Costs to the rent (300 euros/month).
The deposit is 150 euros, which you will get back on August 31 if you leave the room as it was when you arrived.
We are looking for someone who wants to rent out the room for August only.
