Gesucht wird eine/e MitbewohnerIn für ein WG-Zimmer in der Leopoldstadt. Das Zimmer ist etwas mehr 26 Quadratmeter groß, direkt begehbar und liegt in einem sonnigen Altbau mit Parkettboden. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne sowie einen Abstellraum, der auch als Kleiderschrank mitbenutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung liegt in der Haidgasse 15 und damit in Fußreichweite zum Karmelitermarkt, Augarten und Donaukanal. Um die Ecke liegt die U2 Taborstraße, von wo auch die Straßenbahnlinie 2 wegfährt. Auch der Prater, die WU Wien und die alte Donau sind in wenigen Minuten mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Die direkte Umgebung ist bekannt für einige nette Bars, Restaurants und Läden. Über Hofer, Denns, Spar und dm kann man sich mit den Dingen des täglichen Gebrauchs versorgen. Die Miete für das Zimmer beläuft sich inklusive Strom, Gas und Internet auf 520 Euro.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin ein Mann, 27 Jahre alt und mache mein Doktorat an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Politische Soziologie mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit, eine lange Geschichte ;-). Ich suche jemanden, der gern hin und wieder gemeinsam kochen oder abends ein Bier trinken will. Ansonsten bin ich jemand, der auch manchmal seine Ruhe sucht und relativ normal eingestellt, was die Organisation des Haushalts angeht. Ich bin oft im Grünen unterwegs, fotografiere und gehe gern ins Kino.

I am looking for a flat mate in a sunny apartment in Leopoldstadt (1020 Wien). The room has 26 square meters, can be accessed directly from the hallway and has parquet flooring. The apartment has a big kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a storeroom that can also be co-used as a wardrobe. The apartment is situated in Haidgasse 15. From there you can reach the Karmelitermarkt, the Augarten park and the Donaukanal by foot. Around the corner you will find the metro and tram station "Taborstraße", from which you can access the Prater, the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Alte Donau in just a few minutes. The neighbourhood is know for hosting a lot of nice bars, restaurants and shops. For daily groceries there are a Hofer, Spar, denns and dm nearby. The total rent is 520 Euros, including electricity, heating and internet.
A few words about me: I am 27, male and do a PhD at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Political Sociology with a focus on sustainability, it's a long story ;-) I am looking for a flatmate that likes to cook together or have a beer once in a while. Otherwise I am someone who likes to have some private time once in a while and carry out the daily household tasks in an ordinary manner. I am an outdoorsy person and like to take photos or go the cinema.
