Hello,
I am moving out from my room from 01.02 so the room is already available.
The room is about 24m², fully furnished with bed (90X200), sofa, table, amazing wardrobe, bookcase etc. It also has a big window which is on the side to courtyard - basically it means there's a lot of light and it's really calm.
People in our WG are lovely easy-going people speaking german, english and russian.
So don't hesitate to write a message! :)

Ich ziehe aus mein schönes Zimmer ab 01.02, also das Zimmer ist schon frei.
Zimmer ist circa 24m², echt geräumig, vollmöbliert mit Bett (90x200), Sofa, Schrank, großer Schreibtisch, Kommode und Regal. W-Lan ist in der ganzen WG vorhanden. Da gibt's auch ein großes Fenster, das zur Innenhof ausgerichtet ist - das heißt, dass das Zimmer sehr hell und wirklich ruhig ist.
Die Leute in unsere WG sind total cool und nett, die gerne Deutsch, Englisch sogar Russisch sprächen.

Our WG is pretty central (2. district), the location is just perfect - underground station Schottenring (U2/U4) is in about 5min. walk, another underground station Schwedenplatz (U1) - around 10 min.
Spar and Bipa are in max. 3min walk, Penny about 7min.
Unsere WG ist sehr zentral gelegen (2. Bezirk), die Lage ist einfach perfekt - U-bahn Station Schottenring (U2/U4) ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, U-bahn Station Schwedenplatz (U1) - etwa 10 min.
Spar und Bipa sind max. 3 Gehminuten entfernt, Penny ist circa 7min.
