Unsere familiäre, freundliche und tolerante Wohlfühl-WG mit Balkon liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Taborstraße (U2/2) und auch in 7min Fußweg zum Bahnhof Praterstern. Normalerweise wohnen hier drei Mädels, aber zwei von uns werden ab Februar auf Erasmus sein und vermieten deshalb unsere Zimmer jeweils unter. Außer dir wird also unsere nette Mitbewohnerin Julia P.(22 J., Studentin) und eine weitere Person (m/f) hier wohnen. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit separater Toilette, eine gemütliche WG-Küche und drei Zimmer. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist mit 24m/2 das größte der Wohnung (durchs Fenster kannst zu auf den Balkon klettern!) und komplett möbliert (s.Fotos bloß ohne Keyboard). Our shared flat is a friendly place (with balcony) and close to the train station Taborstraße (U2,2) and Praterstern. Me and one of my flatmates are renting our rooms from first of february because we are going on an erasmus, so there will be our friendly flatmate Julia P. and one other person (m/f) sharing the flat with you. It has three single rooms, one bathroom and a seperate toilet, as well as a cosy kitchen ideal for cooking together. Your room is the biggest of the flat (24m/2) and fully furnished (as in fotos, except keyboard). The window leads to the balcony. The spirit of our flat is friendly, open-minded and it fels just like home.
