In unserer 4er-WG im Stuwerviertel ist ab sofort ein 11m² Zimmer frei. Die 130m² Altbauwohung bietet dafür umso mehr Platz für ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, WC, einen Schrankraum und einen kleinen Werkraum. Die Miete mit allem drum und dran beträgt 310 Euro, inklusive Haushaltsversicherung, GIS, Internet/TV usw. Derzeit steht in deinem Zimmer noch ein Kasten, ein Regal sowie ein Hochbett aus Holz. Ansonsten gibts noch einiges an Instrumenten, Pflanzen und jede Menge Bücher und Spiele im Wohnzimmer.
In our four people flat-share within the Stuwerviertel, one room with 11m² is available. The 130m² flat comes with a big and green living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, storage, and a small tool room. The rent including everything averages out 310 Euro. Currently, there is a wardrobe, a closet and a proper wooden loft bed left in your room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse im Stuwerviertel. Zur U2 Messe/Prater sind es 3 Min, in den grünen Prater sowie zur U1 Vorgartenstrasse sind es 10 Min und die Donauinsel ist in 15 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Nachbar*innen sind unkompliziert so wie wir ....
The old Viennese flat with high ceilings is located in a calm street in the Stuwerviertel. The tube U2 Messe/Prater is in 3 min, the park Prater as well as the U1 Vorgartenstrasse are in 10 min and the Danube Island is in 15 min walking distance; it's great to have a dip into the Danube in the summer. Our neighbors are uncomplicated, same as we are ....
Nun zu uns: Wir sind zwei Frauen und ein Mann, berufstätig und wohnen bereits seit einigen Jahren mit einer sehr klugen, aber etwas eigenwilligen Dackeldame in unserem kreativ-gemütlichen Zuhause. Gemeinsam spielen wir immer wieder mal was, trinken kaffee/bier/wein/... zusammen, kriegen hin und wieder Besuch von Freund*innen, oder gehen donnerstags demonstrieren. Aber natürlich alles ganz unverbindlich. Wir feiern nicht mehr ganz so oft, wenn dann aber richtig ;-)

Finally, a sneak preview about us: we are two women and one man, most of us work in the social sector, as well as we got used to live with a very smart, yet headstrong sausage dog in our creative-cozy home. We like to commonly eat, drink and play board games, host friends who come for a visit or demonstrate on Thursdays. Naturally without any obligation. We are not as outgoing as we have been in the past, though when it happens we are keen as always ;-)
