Das Zimmer ist 12m^2 groß und unmöbliert. Diese können auf Wunsch teilweise oder ganz übernommen werden (Schrank 50€, Couch 50€). Das Zimmer liegt auf der Südseite der Wohnung, in Richtung Straße. Tagsüber kommt also viel Licht rein und die Straße ist kaum befahren und stört somit nicht.
Die reine Miete beträgt 400€. Hinzu kommen circa 93€ für Strom, Gas und Internet. Bei Interesse kann man sich auch beim Biokistl-Abo beteiligt werden. Die Kaution beträgt 980 €.
Die Wohnung selbst hat 89 m^2 und sie ist sehr hell (jeder Raum hat ein Fenster – ja, auch das Klo ;) ) und auch ruhig gelegen. Es gibt insgesamt 3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer, einen Vorraum, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein ne Bad mit Badewanne und ein getrenntes Klo.

The room is 12m^2 and unfurnished. Some furniture can be negociated over partially or completely on request (wardrobe 50€, couch 50€). The room is on the south side of the flat, facing the street. During the day there is a lot of light and the street is hardly frequented and therefore not disturbing.
The rent is 400€. In addition, there is about 93€ for electricity, gas and internet. If you are interested, you can also subscribe to a organic food box. The deposit is 980€.
The flat itself has 89 m^2 and is very bright (every room has a window - yes, even the toilet ;) ) and also quietly located. There are 3 separately accessible rooms, an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Messe-Prater und bietet somit eine gute Anbindung an die U2. Doch auch die U1 ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Station Vorgartenstraße). Außerdem liegt der Praterstern nur eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt, von wo aus man eine Verbindung zur Linie O, Linie 5 und den S-Bahnen hat.
Ich (Max) ziehe aus und du würdest mit Maleen (27) und Paul (30) zusammenwohnen. Nach Abschluss ihres Masters in Kunst hat Maleen begonnen als Learning Consultant in einer IT Firma zu arbeiten. Sie wohnt seit 1,5 Jahren in der WG und spricht Deutsch und English. Paul zieht wie du neu in die WG. Er ist Franzose, spricht aber auch Englisch und lernt gerade Deutsch. Er hat ebenfalls Kunst studiert und fängt jetzt als Französisch Lehrer an einer Wiener Schule an.
Wir haben nie als Zweck-WG zusammengewohnt und ich denke, dass Maleen und Paul das auch so weiterführen möchten. Das sah meist so aus, dass man neben den spontanten Küchenabenden gerne mal bei einem Sonntagsbrunch zusammensaß, einen Filmabend veranstaltet hat oder sich gegenseitig auf Events in den verschiedenen Freundeskreisen mitnahm. Gleichzeitig hat man sich nach langen Arbeitstagen aber auch mal ins Zimmer verkrümelt, um die Batterien wieder aufzuladen.
