Stock. 386€ kostet das Zimmer inklusive allem (Internet, GIS, Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser). Sollte sich der verbrauch ändern werden die Kosten gerecht aufgeteilt.
Das Zimmer ist 12,5m2 groß und wird unmöbliert vergeben (über Teilmöblierung kann gesprochen werden).

I am subletting a beautiful, bright, room in a large 4 room apartment. There is an entrance hall, a large kitchen, an equally large bathroom, a separate walk-in toilet, 3 separate bedrooms and a living room. The apartment is located in a beautiful building on the 3rd floor. The total costs for each room are 386 € including everything (internet, GIS, electricity, heating, hot water). Should the consumption change, the costs will be split equitably.
The room has 12.5m2 and is given unfurnished (about partially furnished we can talk, if interested).
Man erreicht die Wohnung leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die U1 und U2 ist zu Fuß erreichbar und die Straßenbahnlinie 5 hält fast direkt vor dem Haus (Nordbahnstraße) sowie die Linien 5B, 80A und 2.
Der wunderschöne Augarten und der Vergnügungspark Prater sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Gute Infrastruktur, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch Sonntags bei U-Bahn-Station Praterstern. Auch der Volkertmarkt befindet sich ganz in der Nähe.

You can easily reach the apartment by public transport. The U1 and U2 can be reached on foot and the tram 5 stops almost directly in front of the house (Nordbahnstraße) as well as the lines 5B, 80A and 2.
The beautiful Augarten and the Prater Park are also nearby.
Good infrastructure, several shops are open as well on Sundays at subway station Praterstern. The Volkertmarkt is also nearby.
Ich (Medina) bin 27, arbeite im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz und übernehme die Wohnung von meinen bisherigen Mitbewohnerinnen. Man kann in der WG gut im Wohnzimmer um den großen Tisch sitzen und plaudern oder gemütlich auf der Bank liegen und Filme schauen. Ich freue mich auch über gemeinsame Koch-Abende oder ein Bier am Donaukanal. Genauso habe ich aber auch gerne zeit für mich und respektiere die Privatsphäre anderer.

I (Medina) am 27, working in the area of Artificial Intelligence and take over the apartment from my previous housemates. In the flat, you can sit well in the living room around the big table and chat or lie comfortably on the couch and watch movies. I am also happy about joint cooking evenings or a beer on the Danube Canal. I as well like having time for myself and respecting the privacy of others.
Wenn dir die Wohnung gefällt können wir gerne ein gemütliches Kennenlernen vereinbaren. Am einfachsten ist es für mich wenn du mir auf Englisch schreibst (ich arbeite noch an meinem Deutsch).
