We are looking for a female tenant for the nice approx. 23m2 room in the 3-room shared apartment, located in the "altbau" Viennese style building. Your future roommates are very nice and tidy girls, who work, study and do sports. The apartment is quite large (approx. 115-120m2) with a big anteroom, separate WC, kitchen with all kitchen cutlery and appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, gas stove and oven), spacious bathroom with a big bathtub, shower and a storage room for clothes and other stuff.
The room itself is spacious and fully furnished (double bed, coach, table, cupboard, closet, 2 cabinets, lamps).
Brilliant central location of the apartment - 3 min. walk to the metro station U2 Messe-Prater and 7 min. walk to U2 Vorgartenstraße. The area has a good infrastructure, shopping opportunities, some local places to eat and drink. Prater park and Danube river can be reached in 10 min.
All shopping opportunities are in the closest vicinity: Billa, Spar, Penny, Bipa, Tabak, Pharmacy.

This is not a party WG, as we are all working full-time. Of course, guests are welcome upon prior mutual agreement. Girls enjoy to have a fun chat and drink coffee in the kitchen. In other times, we respect each other’s space and time. It’s better if you are tidy and ready to commit to the cleaning plan 😊 Costs for cleaning stuff are shared between all tenants.
The monthly rent 400 EUR includes all maintenance and additional costs (gas, heating, electricity, warm and cold water) + WLAN Internet connection.
Deposit = 550 EUR.
Contract (“Untermietvertrag”) + registration paper (“Meldezettel”) will be provided by the landlord.
