Weil unsere Mitbewohnerin ab Juli 2019 bei uns in der WG auszieht, suchen wir einen netten Ersatz für sie.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß und vollmöbliert mit Hochbett (140x200cm), Couch (ausziehbar), Schreibtisch, 2 Gewandkästen und Mini-Kühlschrank. Es ist auch die Möglichkeit für ein kleines "Heimkino" eingerichtet, bei der man einen Beamer an der Unterkante des Hochbetts anmontieren kann. Man kann dann vom Bett und von der Couch aus super Filme schauen.
Grundsätzlich kannst du gerne alle Möbel übernehmen, wenn du möchtest kannst du das Zimmer auch unmöbliert übernehmen.
Das Zimmer liegt es Richtung Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig und sonnig.
Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC und voll ausgestattete Küche teilst du dir mit uns beiden (keine Zweck-WG). Wir haben das Glück die Erstmieter nach der Renovierung der Altbauwohnung zu sein und genießen daher den "Altbauflair" mit neuer Küche und neuem Bad.

Since our beloved flatmate is leaving Vienna, we are now looking for a new tenant for her room starting July 2019.
The room is about 15m² big and fully equipped. It has a bunkbed (140x200 cm), 2 wardrobes, study desk, sofa, and mini-fridge. There is also the possibly to install a little "home cinema" (a projector can be mounted under the bunkbed) and you can awesomely enjoy movies from the sofa and the bed.
If you want to, you can take over the room fully furnished, but it's also fine if you prefer bringing your own interior.
You will share kitchen (with dish washer), bathroom (with bath tub, shower, washing machine) and toilet with the two of us.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. U1 Vorgartenstraße ist in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar und zur U2 Messe-Prater braucht man ca. 5 Minuten.
Prater und Donauinsel sind zu Fuß auch sehr schnell erreichbar und perfekt für jeglichen Sport.
Die Geschäfte Billa und Spar liegen in 5 Gehminuten entfernt, auch Hofer und Lidl sind nicht weit weg. Die Wirtschaftsuniversität, Sigmund Freud Uni und FH des BFI Wien sind ebenfalls in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen kleinen Straße und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr angenehm.

The flat is located in the center of Vienna and has very good access to public transport. The U1 station "Vorgartenstrasse" can be reached in 5-10 mins and the U2 station "Messe-Prater" in about 5 mins.
It takes about 10 walking minutes to get to the "Prater" (the biggest park of Vienna) or the Donauinsel (Danube island), which are awesome places for every kind of sport and to enjoy a bit of nature.
Several grocery stores and also the University of Business and Economics, Sigmund Freud University and FH BFI Wien are within walking distance (5-10 mins).
Since the apartment is in a small street, it is very calm in all rooms.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit uns zweien. Anna studiert Architektur im letzten Jahr und Susi studiert BWL im Master. Da Susi von Juli bis Dezember 2019 auf Auslandsemester geht, sind wir derzeit auch auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter / einer Zwischenmieterin für ihr Zimmer. Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG und wir genießen es immer wieder Abende miteinander zu verbringen und etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen.

You will share the apartment with the two of us. Anna is in her last year of architecture studies and Susi is in her Master's in the field of business administration. As Susi is going on an exchange semester from July to December 2019, we are currently looking for a roommate who will take over her room during that time. The flat is not a "purpose-only" flat and we enjoy spending some evenings together.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 335€, inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet.
